Fits very well.

This shirt might have been correctly sized for the measurements given, I didn't check, but the medium was larger than I expected from this size. It was also missing the bottom button. I know there are replacement buttons inside but I'm still sending back because the size; ordered a small instead. I went with this one because someone said contemporary fitting which I took to mean more slim fit and less boxy. It seemed to be decent but I'll know better when I get the small in. Other than all that the material and embroidery seemed pretty great for $24! I'll change to five stars if the small fits well and it has all the buttons! UPDATE: The small came in, fits very well except a little tight if I extend my arms all the way forward. A small sacrifice to get a more form fitting shirt; really don't want to wear anything boxy. Just doesn't look good. It had all the buttons! Material is pretty good and stains come out easily. I never need to iron it and it does well in a standard wash cycle and low heat dry cycle. The collar will bubble up a little bit but can be mostly ironed out. I've seen the happen on a lot of guayaberas and it doesn't bother me. Can't beat this for $24.

My hubby hasn't worn this yet so I cannot comment how it launders. Nice fabric and nice accents.we ordered 4x to have nice extra room.

Das Hemd gefällt mir, in diesem Schnitt sind Hemden in Deutschland leider so gut wie nicht zu bekommen. Ich habe es gleich in 3 verschiedenen Farben bestellt. Der Versand nach Deutschland war vollkommen problemlos.

This shirt looks like a potato sack. It is shapeless and feels very cheap. Although the embroidery looks OK, after the first wash this has tightend up leaving weird stress / stretch marks that I am unable to iron out. I have worn it once, and most likely will not wear again. Interestingly enough I bought 2 of these shirts, 1 from VOLCOM and 1 from JD apparel but they are IDENTICAL! My advice is spend more on a better quality product.
