ZPS20K5E-PFV-830 208-230V NEW Review: Compressor leak due to manufacturing defect - I have had my new home air conditioner with an Emerson compressor for 2.5 years. The HVAC guy now says there is a leak at the bottom of the compressor due to a manufacturing defect. I would not recommend buying this compressor. Review: Scam - I can tell you just from looking at those photos that compressor would never make it out of the door of the factory because it's been dropped. So yes as the outside of it has "minimal damage" the internals could be screwed and it won't function properly or even at all. So more than $600 is a scam. The company would consider that scrap.

Scam
I can tell you just from looking at those photos that compressor would never make it out of the door of the factory because it's been dropped.
