Can this be used to split incoming Virgin cable which presently just does my Tivo box to feed both super hub and Tivo box ?

It will work but you will lose a lot of signal and your internet speed will be affected. It's better to pay a bit more and buy a higher quality splitter and get high quality cables as the ones supplied with this kit are very poor.

I have a satellite feed which is two connections but my tv is single sat connx. will this still work?

are the 2 connections going to a freesat recorder or something similar if not you connect 1 of the feeds to the tv

I'm hoping to use this to split the signal to my tv and sky box. has anyone used it successfully for this?

I have split the satellite signal from a single LNB on my satellite dish to feed the two channels input to my Panasonic Blu Ray Freesat recorder It is always important that the dish is correctly aligned but perhaps even more so when using a splitter since some of my Freesat HD signals now seem quite weak.

Easy to do.

It has done the job I bought it for , but connections ( screw on ) are not as tight as virgin connections are...plus somehow putting in splitter weakens wi-do signal. Will have to get booster from virgin media.. Job done
