It has worked great. Every now & then a fairly big rock will get stuck in it and I need to work it out. However, finally after all these years of brutally beating the tiller, the tines are becoming weak. One broke last summer and another this summer. Still works good but we are searching to replace them. Most places appear to be out of stock. My husband has been planning to weld them back. But if we can find replacements, we are just going to buy new ones and save broken ones in case we need to repair them at a later date. They may discontinue product or someting so we will have them to fix if & when needed. I highly recommend for small/medium jobs. I use mine to till grass areas where I make new flower beds and also in our vegetable garden to weed around plants. My husband just said they evidently quit making the replacement tines as every site that shows they sell them is out of stock. Hopefully, he will find someone that has them. Otherwise, I guess he will be welding old ones. Will also hope that it works when he does. It has been a huge blessing for me. It is very easy to handle and carry ( and I am 68 and have some health issues, am very weak). Hope this info helps ya'll. **Q: Can I use this to rough up soil for reseeding grass into bare spots?** A: It depends on how hard packed the ground is. It works for me weeding in my already tilled garden. Does not work very well on hard ground.
