So I love it!!!!! Thanks desertcart for the return when the fist one came with some imperfections they were AWESOME!!!!!! Now, maybe some people will think it is to expensive to buy it, yes it is, but like I said before I am a Queen fan and in my eyes has a high value. I am not and audiophile or anything like that but this studio set sounds like heaven, I guess you need a good audio system too but I use a regular (yamaha) 5.1 channels and the sound is amazing. To add it the Color LP .... WOW...... I love it............. the sad part is this USA version does not come with the MP3 codes ......... or maybe was just mine that did not have it. The book..... AMAZING.... (well almost everything they (Queen) throw out there for the fans is gold for me, like I said "almost" everything, the book gives us a little more inside of Queen, some memorabilia, nice stuff to spend some time on it. Over all I love it and any fan of Queen out there should get this. Review: Packaging is brilliant, sound is great but the records... - I have been a fan of vinyl for all my life and just couldn't resist this box set, even though I have all Queen records in standard edition issues. When I received my first box set I was overwhelmed by the care taken in the packaging and for the genius idea of making the albums in colored vinyl. I have left the box records unplayed for several years until I finally decided I should try them out and proceeded to play the first album. Surprise! The record wouldn't fit the spindle of any of my turntables (too tight). I them tried the other albums and most (but not all!) had the same problem. How to enlarge the center hole without destroying the records became a #1 concern and I found a solution using sharp scissors. Unfortunately, as I was "carefully" carving the hole, my hand slipped and I got a nice and deep scratch on the label and last track of "The Works". That method had clearly not worked, but it got worse! I used another tool to enlarge the center hole and now some of the records have a "loose" fit. In short: get a second box before it's gone from the market. This one will be tested and I will NOT use anything to tamper with the center hole. Now, getting down from my soapbox: if you can afford this box, don't hesitate: purchase it. I really didn’t mess with it to much because I didn’t want to get any thing dirty and wet. The slip cover is also missing which sucks! USPS left my package out in the rain, doesn’t surprise me, people these days don’t care about your package, they just dump it off, as long as they are getting paid I guess. I have had this problem before and actually caught the idiot the last time. He just catapulted my package from the walk up about 5 feet from the porch.
