Very nice, good cup. Shipped and received in a in a timely fashion. It's a strong, cool looking item but... the first time you put it in the dishwasher, the footsteps stay visible. Follow the instructions and do not microwave or put this item in the dishwasher. To start out with, it takes a while to morph, but the longer you use it the faster it works. I don't recommend using it much. It's more of a specialty item for visitors.

This mug gets a 5-start rating! I had ordered it as a Christmas gift for my nephew who grew up with Harry Potter and is a lifetime fan. He was studying abroad in Spain and I purchased it to ship to him. The first one I received was broken and chipped along the rim. I called Amazon right away and was immediately expedited another one to replace it. WONDERFUL customer service!My newphew LOVES the mug. I thought it was very classic and not childish at all, but yet a very nice movie themed item for a 21-year-old (of course I also shipped his favorite coffee with it so that he could use it right away)

Fun mug shich does have heat reactive features. I love the mug. The only issue is the mug is new and has a smug mark on top of the handle. Besides the smudge, this is a great quality item and fun to use. Even for a 40 year old it is fun.

A bit expensive for a coffee cup. The color changing footprint stickers fell off really quickly. This mug is always handwashed. I don't own a dishwasher and it has never been in the microwave.

I love this mug. I bought it as a gift for my boss on Boss's Day as she is a Harry Potter fan like me. It's so cute! It seems that the price has went up since I purchased it. I don't know if the Universal website still has it for cheaper, but I know it's a great quality mug. I think she will be able to enjoy it for many years to come. The little footprints are so fun!

This product may be a bit expensive but totally worth it for the Harry Potter fan. The footprints are had to see when cold but come out nice when there is hot liquid in the mug.

I ordered this from Amazon. My wife loves Harry Potter stuff and I was very excited to get it for her and have her make a cup of coffee in it to see the footprints. I go to open the package last night to wrap it for Christmas... and the mug is completely broken. It's basically shattered. It was packaged well, bubble wrap and all... So i'm thinking it was busted before it shipped? Either way, I can't use it and have to return it.Then, like another posted said, I went to Universal Studios online, and ordered a replacement for HALF THE PRICE.Do yourself a favor, if you want this mug, order it direct from them and save some cash.

its a universal studios mug so its all the quality and care that i would expect from them. I would say that for the size of the mug i feel like the handle should be a tad thicker but thats just me bein picky.
