A: I made oat milk with it and I found it was easy to clean. I rinsed it out as soon as I was done, which worked well. It helps to turn it inside out and run water through it that way too.

This works perfectly. I just blend whatever I want to blend, and pour into strainer and you got juice. I had a juicer and this thing gives you Way more juice. Like 90 something Percent! My health is peaking like never before. After juicing spinach, kale, carrots, Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, organic Fuji or other types of apples, my face got tight and younger, my eye bags went away, my body feels great, and health overall. Juice fasting (for a day, or two or however long you need to do it) is an amazing things to do for your health. But unfortunately I most people don't know what the heck they are doing, because they see what they see on tv and think it looks cool. Here's some tips. Buy fresh produce and blend with a little water, strain and drink fast, within a few minutes if you can. or buy fresh produce and freeze it to lock in what is left in nutrients. When you're ready, pull out of freezer and run under water for 3 or so seconds. Throw in blender, strain and drink within 10 minutes or less of making. Do not walk around like your favorite Hollywood actress sipping on a fancy green smoothie. This is only in the movies/done by misinformed people. *Do coffee enemas, this will release lots of negative stuff you have in your colon, which if left in there amounts go a host of bad health and disease issues. You will know it's working if you are on a juice fast, and still, lots of stuff comes out..that is years worth of bad crap locked up in your body and killing you slowly. Get rid of it. *When juicing, just do it how long you can, the juice fast (however many days...it's not necessary to do it for the rest of your life, unless you want extreme health..). It will change your health around. *You need Vitamin B12, and Omega 3 capsules, this is for heart health. Amazing heart health is key to a long healthy life. *Cut out all meat, chicken, sweets, (aside from Monk fruit sweetner) eggs, butter, dairy, etc etc. It's hard but I DO allow one day a week of cheating. And that next day or few days, it's a juice fast, and then I can eat the other days, but only fruits a d vegetables, until day 7 again. (Cheat day) A cheat day is not bad u less you over do it, and do it so often, like every day, or more than a day in a row, then it becomes an unbalanced diet. It takes up the majority of your overall diet. That needs to not be the case for you. ***Stop throwing a bunch of fruit in there and straining into juice. Even though it's a healthier sugar than processed sugar, it is still sugar and it will can raise your blood insulin. Because there's nothing else to absorb with it. My thing is mostly vegetables, and a little bit of fruit maybe an apple, or a pair, or something like that. A typical drink (blend, or juiced) consists of Spinach (fresh organic) Organic Kale Organic Romaine Lettuce (dark green) Organic Carrots Beets sometimes. (Juice this alone to see maximum benefits, blend beet, water, and strain with nut milk bag). The tomatoes that are on the vines still. Organic apple (whichever kind) And those are the main ones. Anything else is extra. This can get expensive, but that's why you can buy some and freeze. (Because they go bad fast). If you can't afford organic, do what you have to do. Get regular if you have to, it's better than nothing and all of the processed foods. I could go on forever, but you get the jist of it.
