This set is super cute and fun! It is printed on the same cardstock type paper that most bulletin boards are printed on, so laminating is essential if you want it to last! I'm laminating the smaller pieces with my personal laminator, using 3 mil sheets, and the larger pieces and some of the more often used pieces will be laminated at Alpha Graphics with 5 mil laminating, so it'll be super strong! My only advice to Carson-Dellosa, would be to make the cards that say rainy, snowy, etc. also have a pic of that weather behind the word, so little preschoolers who can't read words yet, can still know what each card is for. oh my goodness, my girls love dressing up their froggy for the weather! it is so cute and educational. i laminated everything and its holding up so far (3 months) to my almost 2 year olds aggressive handling. i cant see it lasting more than 1 year, definitely laminate, it would have been ripped up by now, if not. otherwise pleased with the purchase

I got all the pieces laminated and put sticky magnets on the back so they could attach to my teacher cabinet in my classroom. My students love to mix and match "making it cute" or "making it silly". Great for vertical play. I think its a great value because it came with so many pieces to talk about the weather.

I am so happy with the shipping and packing of this product. It came fast and was ship flat!! This is just adorable, I bought to use in my classroom. I am planning on laminating and adding Velcro dots so the children can change the frog according to our weather. Can't wait to set it up!

I purchased this for my preschool classroom. The kids absolutely LOVE dressing the frog for the weather and it has definitely opened up more discussion between the children about weather and science in general. I use it at circle time sometimes as well as a center for the kids to play at. While the children love it, I on the other hand just like it. When I purchased this product I was able to "punch" out the individual pieces easily with no tears which was great. I have a personal laminator in my classroom that I used for the smaller pieces, but I had to take the bigger ones to Office Depot to be laminated. Afterwards, I had to carefully cut around the pieces and hung them up on a wall in my classroom. I used velcro dots so the kids could easily interchange the clothing. While playing one of the children were pulling a glove off the frog and the whole hand just ripped off! I don't know weather this should be an issue with Office Depot or Carson Dellosa, but it certainly was disappointing. I don't think every piece should be made with thicker paper, but at least the main frog should be! Because I bought it online I haven't contacted the company and was able to use clear tape to attach the hand again and it hasn't been an issue since, but just keep in mind that while this product is awesome for the kids, it is a little flimsy.

My granddaughter LOVES this weather chart! We have so much fun with it!!

My three and four year old class loved this. They would run in each morning to tell me the weather and what the frog, Freddy, needed.
