I bought this for my niece for Christmas, and she absolutely loves it! The instructions are simple, making it easy to build the track, and the included characters add so much fun to playtime. I especially love the flexibility of the tracks, which allow for endless configurations. The quality is excellent, and it’s perfect for small children with so many creative building options. We had a blast setting up the tracks, gathering all the dinosaurs, and creating our own Jurassic Park with a fun ride. The glow in the dark feature is amazing! once she applied the stickers, the tracks lit up beautifully in the dark. I highly recommend this as a fantastic gift idea that any kid will enjoy.

We got this as a Christmas gift for our toddler who loves loops and car tracks. However, we were pretty bummed when the wrong kit arrived with no loop. We did not love the kit that came in and I was hesitant to even reach out to the seller because I know how much of a hassle it can be to get any support sometimes. But this was not the case, there was absolutely no hassle. They went well above and beyond in order to get us the right kit and kept regular open communication. Even after the fact the lady helping us followed up to make sure everything was okay. My son loves the track, the kit with the loop and cars are made surprisingly well. The cars are made very well and are actually pretty fast, with enough torque to go around the loop which surprised me. It’s a great fun gift for kids and I couldn’t be happier with the toy, but really the customer service is incredible. A true breath of fresh air to deal with such friendly customer support. I will order more from this seller.

I ordered this for my 2.5 year old for Christmas. I can tell that there are multiple versions of the dinosaur track because I did not get the one advertised with the loop (see pictures) but I didn’t realize that until now. When we first opened the box, I was a little intimidated by how the tracks looked. I thought they were going to be a pain to put together, but they’re actually quite simple and quick. I honestly didn’t even realize that the car was battery powered, so that was a bonus. My son LOVES it and plays with it all the time. I will say, the cars do eat up batteries like crazy and the bridge pieces often don’t stay together, so we usually just don’t add the bridge when we play with it. We’ve probably replaced the batteries 3-4 times already since Christmas. Overall, i like the product and would buy more tracks to add to my son’s original collection.

I bought this Train track two years ago. I must say my great grandson loves it. I keep it at my apartment so he has toys to play with among other toys. This track is adorable and we have so much fun playing with it. I keep it on a flat large card board box that I made and keep under my bed. I recommend this toy for children especially if they dinosaurs.

The race cars are absolutely a blast that I am able to play with my 6 year old granddaughter. We were having an issue with one of the cars being able to do the loop to loop. That was kind of disappointing on Christmas Day. As the day settled I decided to contact the customer care center for the cars and asked them to replace the damaged car figuring I wouldn’t hear back until after the new year. Then WOW, I got a response almost immediately from one of their customer care associates, Reine. She immediately prepared an order for replacement parts. The customer service was so outstanding I shared my thoughts once I received the replacement parts. Here is what I shared with Reine: “You displayed outstanding customer service. I'm more impressed with you and your service than I am with the cars and tracks. Thank you so much for your help.” This company has it together. I highly recommend their product and service. This was a gift we assembled Christmas Eve. It took 8 minutes tops for everything to assembled and to add a single AA battery in each truck and have them running. It was very cool! We had it running when the girls came down the stairs as we woke up long before our daughters. They loved this gift so much when they came downstairs and saw it running until the tree. However with their ages 2 and 3.5 we are responsible for turning the trucks off and on. They play with it daily for 10-15 minutes at a time maybe 3 times a day.we immediately turn the trucks off after they play with it because otherwise they would never stop. Even still, we have had to change the battery in both trucks every day! It makes no sense. These are brand new energizer batteries! It’s a fun track. But the vehicles constantly get stuck in the loop and we have no idea why. We’ve tried different things to troubleshoot the loop but ultimately have taken it out. But coupled with that, and having to change the batteries every morning or night, I would not recommend this track. It’s too bad because when we assembled this we saw a 20% off a future purchase sticker in the box and thought we may order another set for our little nephews birthday in February but have decided against this mainly due to the frustration with the battery life.

So far, these are the best Magic Trax replacement cars I've purchased. All of the other ones have been too wide and get stuck around the corners. These do not get stuck and run fine around the entire track. It may be due to they only use one AA battery, while all the others use two.
