I’m a coffee lover, like seriously. If stranded on a desert island, I’d choose to have coffee more than food. A medication I’m taking sometimes causes terrible heartburn and I was finding that coffee, which is acidic, was exacerbating the problem. There is no way I would consider giving up coffee! So I began a quest for a low acid coffee. It turns out I’m a demanding coffee drinker. I wanted organic to avoid pesticide-drenched coffee beans. I wanted a k-cup or pod brand because, heaven forbid, if I have to do more than push a button before drinking my cup in the morning. And I wanted a variety of flavors, not just ho-hum plain. Oh, and I wanted a decaf option for after 6pm. Yay, I found Mitalena on Amazon which fulfilled all my requirements! One remaining question loomed: But does it TASTE good? Folks, I gave it a try and discovered this coffee is PERFECT. The decaf reminds me of Dunkin‘ Donuts decaf, yum. My favorite flavors are Golden Pecan and Vienna Roast. My least favorite is Morning Blend, because it’s plain, but it’s not bad. All flavors are very smooth and delicious. I’ve ordered 6 packs of my favorite flavors already and every once in a while I plan to buy the variety pack again to keep me out of a Golden Pecan rut. My husband is drinking it too and gives it thumbs up. If you need low acid coffee, this is product is made for you.

This past month, I was struggling finding a good coffee that wouldn't upset my stomach. I AM A COFFEE LOVER, worked at Starbucks for a few years and Panera Bread, so coffee to me is a must.When I read the reviews on this product, I decided to give it a try along with several other brands such as puroast low acid french roast and healthwise low acid and already trying this brand, I could tell the difference.Mitalena Brand is THE BEST! I love the variety of flavors and I was so surprised to find myself enjoying the decaf brand as well. Golden Pecan is one of my favorites along with the Venna Roast and Decaf. Each have their own flavor, but they all have a good strong caffeine to them. I wish they could be separate packages, but overall I do like the bundle and most likely will do the variety pack again very well. I'm already thinking about getting this for my Dad for Father's Day gift since he LOVES coffee if not more so than me.Mitalena did not upset my stomach but it also helped boost my energy and had the flavor or rich minerals. If you're unsure about the bundle, or the price I understand, but it's totally worth trying especially if you need something that won't upset your stomach or need something new in your morning routine.

Do not buy these or Don Pedro unless you want to make a mess everywhere. I first ordered the Don Pedro pods to find that 75-80% of them break a seal between the foil lid and the cup making a huge mess. I emailed this company and they responded fairly quick with a replacement. Unfortunately the replacements had the same issue. No refund or replacement for the 2nd round of issues. I then decided to order these not realizing it is the same company. That had the same issue! I have made multiple attempts to request a refund for these with no response so I am now out $50 for this and similar for the original order.

My doctor encouraged me to give up coffee due to its acid content. Since this is not likely the next best thing was this product. I enjoyed all the flavors and was happy for the variety. I tried another brand which was bland. This brand was tasty.

I have ordered this brand in the morning blend for quite awhile. When I saw they had flavored coffee pods I was hesitant. I have tried other flavored coffee pods and they all had one thing in common. They had an oily aftertaste. This flavored coffee is full flavored and no aftertaste. We started getting low acid coffee because my husband was having stomach issues. This coffee is by far the best flavor and is mild on the stomach. I love the flavored and other varieties. I would highly recommend this coffee.

Coffee tastes great, but a lot is wasted. About 1/3 of the lids come detached from the cup during the brewing process, spilling the grounds into the Keurig and the mug. I don't have this issue with other brands. I've made sure my Keurig doesn't have any issues with the needles. I've even tried pressing the cups down carefully by hand to puncture the bottom before closing the lid, but that's also been unsuccessful. Almost seems like the brewing process is more than the glue can handle.

I like this product accept one of the boxes is decaf. I like variety but definitely would not have bought had I knew 1/5 of it was going to be decaf. It also does not work well with the Kurig. I have to put it in and out twice to crest two holes so it does not back up and overflow. The remaining variety was pretty good.

I love the coffee as it works for me as low acid but only want the morning blend. Wish this was still an optionrather than having to purchase mixed selection to get that blend. I can use the French and Vienna roasts although not my favorite blends but don’t use decaf and dislike flavored coffees like the vanilla and pecan blends. In essence I spent a lot of money for only one box of coffee I really wanted. I’ll either have to find another brand that works for me or another source of the Mitalena Morning Blend.
