They replaced faulty glass for free. Everything works great now

The manual is a little different from the actual parts being that the inlet valve is a compression fit and does not tell you anything about it. Otherwise it is a good little vacuum chamber for home hobbiest.

One of the pieces of the exhaust section was broken when it arrived. Caused the exhaust (un capped) to pop like a Champagne bottle during first use. Oil spewed everywhere, was unlucky as I used it in my bedroom. Had it returned and refunded and bought a different branded vacuum pump and chamber, I don't trust this seller. Tube they gave looked like a fish tank tube too, really low quality. Also, be wary of their Acrylic glass, it cut me during repackaging. Overall a bad experience, I'm just happy I got my money back from this defective product.

Works ok. Chamber is as described and works well! Pump does not pull a decent vacuum though. I would not suggest for removing bubbles from Epoxy and the like. May work well for other things but not what i got it for. Have since bought a new vacuum pump. All connections checked and sealed well 🤙

The price was high but it worked for a boiling water experiment
