I need a extra large rug with different shades of gray but other shops where charging well into the 200 Mark, when I found this is looked perfect but was sceptical as the price was so cheap, so glad I took the plunge and ordered it. Its so much more lovely in person alot of people have said there's not much shine to it but I have the largest one and mine has silver shiny tones to it. Overall I'm pleased and will buy again ### ⭐ Total Waste of Money- DO NOT BUY *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 August 2021* I purchased this rug in March, and I observed the feedback upon rolling it out on my bedroom floor as I noticed it wouldn’t sit flat, and the reviews from some customers advised it can take a few weeks for it to settle which made sense as the rug had been sent rolled up. A month passed and the rug still hadn’t settled and and ridges began to form around my chair. A very long and frustrating story short- when I contacted the seller to advise that the rug was clearly defective and showed proof, they cowardly hid behind their 30 day returns window despite the fact that I had followed advice and their own that the rug needs time to flatten. Whilst the rug looks lovely, it is very poorly made, and of substandard quality, so unless you are are planning to lay it out, and not put anything on top of it, nor walk on it, you will find yourself out of pocket as the seller’s customer service is utterly appalling- once they have your money they have zero interest in any aftercare, and will fob you off with their returns policy.
