I have been using this product for about a week now and I can definitely tell a difference in my bloating. My digestive system feels like it’s working better and I do feel like I have fewer sugar cravings. I put it in my smoothie every morning there is no taste to it and it’s something very easy that I add to my morning routine every day I will continue using this. And to boost, this is definitely affordable compared to some of the products out there.

I do not like fiber ‘mixes’ or pills. But this, has ZERO flavor and mixed into warm coffee and warm tea and does not change the taste or texture. Like anything, you have to be consistent in use to see result, but I can say that by being consistent, I had relief within a week.

This product takes away a stomach ache

I've obviously heard of probiotics and their benefits. Most of the probiotics I’ve tried gave me bad stomach aches for whatever reason (some people may just be sensitive; I guess I’m part of that lucky crew). My friend recommended I try prebiotics as not only a way to ease my stomach pain with probiotics, but just make me feel less bloated and give me a nutrition boost in my daily intake of vitamins and minerals. I LOVE how many vitamins this little powder packs and the fact that I can add it to literally ANYTHING with ZERO taste!! I like adding it to my smoothies in the mornings and even a glass of water when I wake up before my coffee. I am not kidding you, this powder tastes like nothing, completely dissolves in water and gives me an amazing energy boost for the rest of the day. I’m genuinely happy with this product and happy to be on a regime.

Well it is the only one that has helped with my bloating! I have tried so many other well known brands trying to see what can help and none of the other ones did BUT THIS ONE. I was very skeptical because all the good comments scared me if this didn’t work I was already coming with high expectations but let me say… it helped. I’ve bought like 5 of them already and I don’t intend to stop using it if it’s going to really help my tummy. So, yes.. give it a try. It might work for you too! Good luck :)

Just got it. This may be a good product, but the colors used on the jar make it very difficult to read the instructions etc.

I’ve been using this product every day for a number of years some days if I skip a day, I notice the difference or I don’t have a BM that day if I haven’t been regular, I will have it twice a day instead of once a day but once usually once a day does it I like this product because it dissolves easily in water and it’s tasteless and I can add to another drink that I’m making. I like that there is no sugar in it. It has gluten-free ingredients and does not have a smell to it.

I order this pretty much every month. It dissolves easily & has no flavor so I just add it to my morning coffee. It is colorless and odorless & really does help if looking for an easy to take fiber and prebiotic. I've been using for a few years and am still happy with this product.
