Great multi-purpose/travel charger
I wanted a charger to be able to simulataneously charge my 2019 MacBook Air & 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 and iPhone 11 Pro Max in both a travel and home enviroment and this was a good option. There aren't too many chargers that meet this criteria. Satechi make some very high quality items and this charger is no exception. It has an input voltage of 100-240v so provided you have the right cable it can be very versatile around the world. It feels solid and well built and whilst it does get hot when worked hard its nothing to be concerned with. The two USB A ports only supply 12w so if I could improve it then I would increase this to say 24w.

Dual PD Power on the go! Awesome!
This is a very high quality and compact power unit. I can fast charge my 13” MacBook and IPhone XS, simultaneously using the dual PD (USB-C) sockets - great for when I’m travelling so I don’t have to carry round the bulkier Apple 60W charger etc. Highly recommend.

Great, but it does not charge Galaxy S20 series phones (UK).
It's a qualiy product, that feels solid and works like a charm with PD enabled devices, however I had to return mine, as it does not charge my phones, which was the main purpose of buying it. I would fault Samsung for that, as their PPS specifications for 45W charging are very specific, practically forcing the consumer to buy only the genuine, Samsung chargers. If I had a laptop requiring usb-C charger, I would keep the Satechi charger. Still, a great product.

Lifestyle and Travel game changer
This is a gem! I love how I can charge multiple devices with one brick. Offers fast charging and 2 USB-C charging ports which is absolutely future proof. I charged a kindle, an iPad Pro, and iPhone together and this only went warmer than usual. I expected it to go super hot but no it didn't. Going to be with me wherever I go now.

Not good for Apple MacBook Pro m1 - Small electric shocks & damage to battery
This product and it's replacement gave me electric shocks and damaged my Macbook Pro M1 battery. Satechi refused to pay for the repair. When plugging in my devices - Macbook pro m1, Mackbook pro 13" (with usbc - magsafe adapter) and an iPhone 7 to the USBC or USBA outlets, I would get a small electric shock when touching the metal of my devices. I also noticed using a tool called coconut battery that my MacBook pro m1's battery seemed to degrade quickly when plugged in about 0.5% every charge cycle which is much faster than when plugged into my 100w USB monitor where degradation was less than 0.1% per charge cycle. This happened across two chargers - the original and replacement charger I received when I initially noticed the issue. I've now returned and got a full refund but Satechi won't pay for the damage!

This works perfectly... premium build quality
This works perfectly... premium build quality... liked the extension cord and that it can be replaced if required.

Great in principle, but failed within a year.
I liked the fact that I could carry a single charger for my Lenovo laptop, Samsung phone, Kindle and another device (e.g. battery pack, or camera). Compact, didn't get too hot. Charged quickly. However, within a year, the 60W charger has failed: tried with three different devices and four different cables, and there is no output from the top slot. Disappointing - returned for refund.

Simple and reliable
Works well, have replaced my main charger with it. Only improvement could be an apple style folding plug to fit in smaller laptop bags.

This is a brilliant product, has really improved my travelling for work. Especially useful for travelling MacBook pro users - ditch the power supply that doesn't fit into a heap of power points with something that does and can power your other devices at the same time. Wish I'd bought this years ago! Happily charges my 13" MBP, pixel XL phone and power bank at once, with still a port spare. It can get a bit warm with so much connected.

This device is fantastic; I got it to upgrade my previous one because this one has 2x USB-C PD ports. Charges my Macbook Pro beautifully while charging my iPad as well. Great device, feels solid.

Charging my Note10+ via 18w and 65w port (only port being used) charges the phone at the same rate... (I hoped the 65w port would be even quicker that the normal QC 18w - but it's not) The Unit gets warm under load, but not hot. Appears go be good quality from the outside. Handy combination for my requirements. UPDATE: 4 months use and the 60W USB-C charging port has failed. For $88 I expected it to last, but obviously this product is crap, worth only a 4 week return policy it's not a piece of expensive garbage. BE AWARE AND AVOID, ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Works fine (and can charge at 20v, 3A as advertised). Only thing I don't like about it is the fact that the shield of the USB-C cable is not grounded. Due to the internal power supply design (according to forums I've read on the subject), this means you get a tingly sensation when touching the metal part of the cable, or the metal chassis of a laptop plugged into the charger. Sometimes it's a bit of a sharp feeling for a second. It's not dangerous, and many other power supplies will do the same thing (including some apple/dell chargers if forums are to be believed). But it annoys me and I have a 60W single port USB-C charger from another manufacturer that doesn't do it. So I'm taking 1 star off what is otherwise a great product.
