Best mayo!! Great texture!

I read about this on a high-level cooking website that said this Japanese was the best mayo ever. So, I thought I’d try it. It’s made with yokes and has more egg flavor. It’s a richer, more savory with lots of umami and depth. It’s perfect on sandwiches, in tuna salad or some other use that needs a depth of flavor. The only thing I didn’t like as well was the original KFC ColeSlaw because this mayo misses the tart sweetness of USA mayo. One other thing. The bottles are much thinner and feel flimsy. They’re probably better for the environment but they don’t stand up well in the fridge when they are half empty. All to at, buy this mayo. It’s a fun addition to your recipes. .

OMG, this Mayo is just too good; when I first had it I could never go back to regular mayo. It has a nice tang and it's so smooth; the packaging is super cute too. I can't get enough of it....it goes on alot of stuff, not just sandwiches. I put it on my eggs, a topping for individual bowl of stew....so nice 😋

I know a lot of people probably don’t go through as much mayo as my family does, but if you do, this is great to buy in bulk. Kewpie can get expensive but I love it over the classic American stuff. This tastes better and you can make all kinds of sauces out of it as well. It’s been a staple in my family since I was a kid so definitely recommend buying bulk.

I get my ketchup from the EU and my mayo from japan cause the US forgot how to make good mayo/ketchup, their ketchup is all sugar and their mayo is all greasy lard, This mayo does not dissapoint, i always come back to it

Ok so like, yum. This is great made spicy mayo and I put it on a stir fry. Everything I expected it to be, creamy and good consistency! That being said the one star off is my fault. After eating about 2 tablespoons of the mayo on the stir fry (yes I was craving it for some reason) my mouth went numb. The I got super flushed, my heart was over 115 bpm (bp machine) and my BP was elevated. Took Benadryl immediately, feeling didn't go away for 3 hrs. It was not fun, but it was my fault. I should have tried a new product in small amounts, but I thought it was the same brand I had had before, which after calling the restaurant I found they used MSG free and a different brand. Yes, MSG gets a horrible wrap but that being said I can't eat a lot of cheese, soy sauce that contains msg, or foods that contain msg when I looked up the list. I am Sensitive with the awesome umami ingredient and can only have in small amounts. 2 tablespoons was apparently too much, so just know if your sensitive, try a small amount of this mayo first. The feeling was like taking niacin, which I am also Sensitive to. It wasn't the sriracha, I've used a small amount before in regular mayo, I eat sriracha normally in small amounts and it never caused this, it wasn't the reaction I have to super spicy foods at all - this was more like an allergic reaction, and what really worried me was the mouth/throat numbness and the wonky heart beats along with rapid pulse. So just make sure you've had it before or aren't sensitive to the ingredients!

This mayonnaise is good enough to convince mayo-haters to change their mind. It’s got a rich umami flavor that you normally only find in homemade mayonnaise. Yes, it’s expensive but it’s worth it.

This is the Japan product so that was important for my purchase. The USA one does not use MSG and uses the whole egg. Japan version has MSG and uses just yolk. The tastes are different. I don't mind MSG and this is the only product I use that has it.

It must be so close to the sushi mayo that I can't tell the difference! The actual mayonnaise itself is thick, viscous as hellmans. But better for the price. I'm so obsessed with this specific mayonnaise, that I'll probably go bankrupt! Even though it really isn't very expensive. Tastes like a flavour bomb.

Product was bad out of the box. I thought it may just be de-emulsified due to heat but we all got sick after eating.
