Protein pasta
Used this pasta for a casserole for a friend on the Keto diet, and found it delicious. Good texture and very easy to adapt to different recipes. The extra protein is good, the price was very good, and I was happy to try it again.

Very soft, delicious for what it is
For a pasta alternative, these are great. Theyre very mushy & kinda have a floury aftertaste if you eat them alone. But for what they are, they are so delicious & i love it! Protein & (i think) gluten free?

Favorite Gluten Free Pasta
I love Banza because it is so much healthier and tastes great. Also super easy to cook and even reheats.

Good gluten free option.
I got these as another option without gluten for my gut health. They are an excellent value for the amount you get. They are a low carb and have high protein. Preparation is a little of an art. I would use a lot of water and I had to skim the top several times. They taste good. And they hold up very well for gluten free.

Banza is badass!
Banza is a great pasta company! The pasta is gluten-free. Adds protein to every meal. The texture is wonderful and it’s nice to use on its own with sauce or mix it in with a salad or anything else you can think of.

Very High Protein and Tastes Great
Very High protein vs wheat flour pasta . As with all pasta it’s about the sauce you choose. It cooks well and holds its shape. Has a good texture not mushy.

Pretty good
Not a bad taste and full of protein, but I don't totally like the texture. It's kind of gummy and not very close to real pasta. There are better protein pasta brands out there.

Great taste and texture
Excellent gluten free pasta option. It didn't get mushy and when paired with sauce, I couldn't tell the difference from regular wheat pasta - granted I haven't eaten that in years, but I sure didn't miss it with this. So glad to have this option so I can eat pasta when my family does again!
