I couldn't wait to write this review. I had bought and returned other flimsy posture devices. Until this one. It actually had a firm section (with metal that is somehow cushioned to be comfortable) that goes against the upper part of your spine. So with this on, I feel my spine straightening, my shoulders getting pulled back, and wowza... it actually works splendidly!! A bit about me: I'm middle aget, was a triathlete when I was younger, and I currently to go the gym about 4 or 5 days a week. I'm in good shape. But I work at my computer most of the day and have developed a desk-job slouch with my shoulders rolling forward. As I am over 50, tightness and pain have been happening in my shoulders over the last year. I go to yoga classes in addition to my gym strength training, get a massage or two a month, try to stretch on my own, and my shoulder tightness and pain persists. I believe the pain is from from my rolling my shoulders forwards when I'm at my desk and computer. This brace works to correct my posture and it's like my body is breathing fresh air in getting it's posture corrected. The good news is this device is so effective, my "muscle memory" is springing into action. I wear it maybe 30 minutes, take it off, and then I want to pull my shoulders back and sit upright rather than having sloppy posture and rolling my shoulders forward. One side comment, I did not find this device initially comfortable. It initially cut into my arm pits with a very thin tee shirt on. But they advise wearing over clothing and I'm wearing a sweatshirt now and it feels great. You can also order a couple sheepskin seat belt covers to wrap onto this if you want it more cushy around the shoulders and armpits. What I'm trying to say is don't give up on this just because it's not cushy when you first wear it. It is effective, which is what I care about. Here is to your health and long life! (P.S. I have absolutely no affiliation with the manufacturer and they don't know me from blue. I rarely write reviews, only when something is really bad... or really good. This is really good, in my opinion, hence my review!)

My posture was way better after an hour of wearing this. In less than a day there was a noticeable difference even with it off. I am very happy because I had to perform on stage with a sleeveless dress and I looked taller and thinner just because I had worn this for a few hours beforehand. When I first got it and put it on I was rushed and thought it was too small, but after I found the side adjustments it was great. I have a narrow rib cage (34" bra) and the medium fits me perfectly (though are at least 6 more inches in the strap for a wider torso). I was worried that the strap across the abdomen would be annoying (I don't like belts) but it fits just on the bra line which doesn't bother me at all. I would NOT recommend wearing this under your clothes unless you have an undershirt between the brace and your skin. With an undershirt it would be fine. Also since it's stretchy, sometimes I still find myself slouching but this constantly reminds me to pull back, and supports me staying in place once I adjust. I work from home, so sitting at my desk is the perfect chance to wear it. I also wear it during the 20-minute commute to my kid's school. If you can find the size that's right for you, I highly recommend this posture correcter.

Ordered this posture corrector recently and have been using it for 4 days in a row now. The support provided is adequate but could have been better. It supports only a small portion of the back, the back support should be slightly longer. Rest, it does provoke you to improve your posture and sit up straight to some extent. I haven't tried any other product in this category so cannot give a comparison, but for this product, I would say order a bigger size so that you get ample back area covered. The adjustable straps make it really comfortable, making it easy to wear under your formal attire as well. I would recommend buying this one, till the time you get a slightly bigger size than you need.

I recently bought a large to replace the medium I returned because the medium was irritating the front and undersides of my arm pits. I originally thought that maybe it was because it was too small. Sadly, I'm having the same issue with the large, with the added issue of it not being tight enough in the arm straps now to properly correct my posture. I feel like this would all be fixed with adjustable arm straps, especially for someone like me that seems to need a size in between the medium and large.

Once "buckled in" I could not reach to pull down or pull hard enough at the sides to get the double spine of the brace to lie flat against my back. The plastic bones of the brace did not stay covered with their tabs and kept poking out. The brace tended to ride up with a gap in the back that I could not eliminate. Very uncomfortable design. Requires above average hand strength and/or a partner to put it on and take it off. Still looking for a comfortable easy on/easy off solution.

My chiropractor recommended I get certain leading brand posture corrector, but the smallest size they made was HUGE on me. I am petite, 5'3", 110 lbs. Vokka size M fits me perfectly-- and was 1/3 the price of the brand my chiro recommended! I have been wearing it about an hour each day for 2 months and I definitely notice an improvement in my posture, as well as a reduction in my chronic neck pain. I wear it over a t-shirt / under a hoodie-- it is NOT visible under a hoodie or loose sweater, but you can definitely see it under tighter clothing. I find it very comfortable and experience immediate relief when I put it on. I wear it while driving and hiking primarily but it would also be good for working at a desk. If you slouch while wearing it it DOES put pressure on the armpits, but if you engage your core (as it is training you to do!) there is no discomfort. My coworkers have complimented my good posture even when I wasn't wearing it, so it must be working! Love it, so happy w my purchase.

This Vokka posture corrector is amazing. My only regret, is that I didn't find it years ago. It is comfortable and it really works. I spend long hours in front of a computer and I now wear this daily in the office. I would definitely recommend this product. It arrived quickly and I've worn it every day since. Many thanks for this wonderful product. If possible, I would have given this product 10 stars!

Après avoir renvoyé un correcteur de posture en forme de X (pas assez efficace car la zone dorsale est trop petite ...qui plus est, coupant la circulation sanguine au niveau des épaules (car on cherche à compenser le manque de zone dorsale en le serrant plus) ...MERCI MERCI MERCI CAR CE MODÈLE EST ABSOLUMENT GÉ-NIAL !!!!!! Déjà, le maintien est top de chez top ! ...mais j’ai aussi constaté 2 belles surprises ... J’avais un peu peur qu’elle soit trop imposante ...et bien pas-du-tout !!! Elle bien plus discrète que je ne l’imaginais ...elle passe sous un pull (oui bon, pas moulant, évidemment) ...mais la surprise incroyable de ce correcteur c’est son confort ...dommage que je ne pouvais pas mettre 10 étoiles ! En fait si je résumais son confort en 1 mot, ce serait « Nuage » ...quand je l’ai porté pour la 1ère fois, cette métaphore m’est apparue instantanément ...j’ai eu l’impression d’être soutenue par un nuage ...ou comme si elle était en matière d’oreiller ...J’ai trouvé ça bluffant car je ne m’attendais pas du tout à cette sensation ! ...en résumé, la commander, c’est l’adopter ! (Heuuu, je viens de relire mon commentaire, et je me sens obligée de préciser que je n’ai pas été payée par la marque, et que je ne l’ai pas eu gratuitement par Amazon car je ne fais pas partie de leur équipe de testeurs !) ...en résumé, pour ma part, ce correcteur a changé ma vie et m’a fait faire énormément d’économie en consultations d’ostéopathie !

Ci sono 2 cose fondamentali da sapere su questo prodotto: 1. Il venditore è tra i più seri e disponibili con il quale abbia avuto modo di parlare e interagire e che ringrazio per avermi risolto un problema nel mio acquisto. 2. Questa fascia posturale è una tra le migliori: è elastica, si adatta a qualsiasi fisico (ovviamente dovete prendere la taglia adeguata a voi), non dà fastidio, è ben costruita, prende una buona fascia della schiena e il prezzo a confronto di altre fasce posturali è buonissimo! A chi serve? -A chi ha problemi di schiena (non lombare) -A chi vuole migliorare la postura. -A chi soffre di cifosi e scoliosi (ovviamente integrando sicuramente degli esercizi correttivi --> la fascia non è magica) -A chi sta molte ore davanti al pc per lavoro -A chi studia sui libri Prima di parlare della fascia posturale però vi do un consiglio sulle TAGLIE. -Ci sono 3 taglie disponibili: M, L, XL Però guardate bene perchè sono taglie diverse da quelle italiane, infatti: ---> la M corrisponde ad una S ---> la L corrisponde ad una M ---> la XL corrisponde ad una L Molti nei commenti dicono di prendere la fascia in base alla taglia della maglietta ma se per esempio portate una M e scegliete la M, vi arriverà praticamente una S italiana, quindi dovete semplicemente scegliere una taglia in più dalla vostra o basarvi su quel piccolo schemino che vi ho scritto sopra. Infatti ho avuto un problema con le taglie: ho acquistato leggendo i commenti e mi sono ritrovato ad indossare una fascia troppo piccola ma ho contattato il venditore che nel giro di pochissime ore mi ha risposto e mi ha prontamente rispedito la taglia giusta! Veniamo alla fascia posturale. Facilissima da indossare e costruita con materiali elastici di alta qualità. Nella parte più grande, all'interno del tessuto ci sono delle piastre che fanno da supporto. Per chi se lo chiede, la fascia è lavabile rimuovendo prima queste 2 piastre e secondo me a meno di 60° per evitare che l'elastico vada a restringersi. Detto questo ve la consiglio per l'ottimo lavoro che svolge, per la solidità e qualità dei materiali, per la garanzia a vita che avrete con questo prodotto rispetto ad altri e per la disponibilità del venditore che non è da tutti.

Aunque parecía con buenos acabados y costuras al mes se me rompió de una parte esencial de soporte. No se si haya garantía después de el mes. Quedé decepcionado.
