Fox Run Marble Pastry Board, Green, 12" x 16" x 0.5"

I use this pastry board frequently. It is perfect for small batches of bread, biscuit, and other types of dough. *I wish it came in a larger size, but I make due by placing less dough on the board. [ A 16 x 16 would be wonderful!]This board is heavy, and I have not experienced any sliding while using it. However, I place it on a wood surface, which probably reduces any chance of the plastic feet sliding - I would imagine that anyone with a slick counter top might want to consider this prior to purchase.Cleaning this pastry board is simple since I can carry it to the kitchen sink for cleaning/washing. In fact, this is the biggest reason that I purchased the board. I needed something that I could wash easily instead of wiping the counter endlessly to get rid of any dough or flour residue.Overall, I am pleased with this pastry board, and I am glad I ordered it. It was definitely affordable!******Update for November 2018 ********I still have and I still use this marble board. It's really excellent!

Although l wasn't convinced this item would ship well, couldn't pass up the sale price. I'm so impressed, perfectly made & thoughtfully packaged. I couldn't be happier...

This has plastic feet that causes it to slide on the counter. Can't imagine working dough on this and not ending up on the floor. Should have soft rubber feet to steady it. Also looks like theres a hairline crack where they installed one of the feet. This is probably going to crack at that corner. Lack of quality control is disappointing.

Used 2 weeks. Product design is poor ;legs are hard plastic which makes it slide around easily on counter and they sit up too high which makes it not as sturdy. Mine cracked in half when I placed a pot on it. My one previously latest 10 years before I accidentally dropped it.

The green pastry board was more expensive than the black, but the green pastry board is advertised as 1 inches thick, so I didn’t mind paying the extra. The pastry board came. It is a half inch thick, not 1 inch thick. I find this very disappointing!

Love this, looks great in my kitchen but I did have my husband fix the legs it sits on one was off so it made it wobbly which is frustrating when your chopping food of course!!!! If it didn't have that problem I would have given five stars but still well done...

I bought the marble Pastry board to serve cheese to my guests. It turns out that its more beautiful than the picture on Amazon. The picture does not give this item its due credit for its beauty. I bought the larger board and I have been very happy with my choice. I am considering it as a good Christmas gift too!! Love it!
