**Q: is this light dimmable?**
A: 24GRLED5040RT-120V is a non-dimmable fixture.

**Q: Question for seller - The package arrived with the lens cracked in 3 of the four corners.  Can you send me a replacement lens?  I don't want to return**

A: I couldn't fine a way to reach them either.  Lens cracked in 3 of 4 corners.

A: my re commendation  is find a replacement lense,see if the store can cut it to proper length and width

I've only opened one of the two I ordered and the corner of it is dented. It was like that before it was packaged. You can tell, because it was packed into another box with no visible outside damage. The inner box is damaged on the corner where the dent is. I'm going to try and use it anyway, because sending these back will be a pain in the arse. Hopefully once I set it into the dropped ceiling grid, it won't show much. I hope the other one isn't damaged too! Update: I got both of these unpackaged today and discovered the first one that I spoke about above was damaged more than I had originally though. See photos. I had high hopes for the second one, until I got it all the way out of the box and found one of the corners bent , and the stupid part is, it was bent BEFORE it was boxed by the manufacturer at the facility where these are made. No damage to outside of box. Quality control is horrible! If you get a perfect one, you best buy a lottery ticket, because it's your lucky day!
