I was looking for a scale that would integrate with Google Fit and Fitbit that would not break the bank. This scale worked with both platforms and tracks more than just weight. I had an Fitbit Aria before and was not happy with it. The Aria would have 3-5 lbs swings in readings. This scale matches the weight on a second scale I have (and that also matches medical scales I have tried) so the weight readings seem reliable so far. The app and scale paired together easily. It gives a ton of other information as well: BMI, Body Fat%, Muscle Mass, etc. I honestly do not know how true these reading are but I am mainly using them to see trends - and for that, it works perfectly. I can easily tell if my BF and Muscle mass is heading up or down. Mostly, I want to make sure I continue heading in the right direction. Overall, I am very happy with this scale.
