I have tried many supplements for my arthritis. However, this one has made all the difference in the world. I now take a lot less Tylenol and am able to withstand weather changes, where before it was most painful.

Can’t really tell if they’re working but I know dmso does and these are just the oxidized form of that so I take them haven’t had a problem with busted capsules or anything and I know I’ve heard good things about MSM been taking them for about 6 months I have a lot of injuries and discomfort but with this and dmso I have been able to get back to feeling mostly pain free once I get moving in the morning
