This is a must have set! It has all the items I use for bottle feeding. Although I have an electric breast pump, I still need "tools" like this to help me. For the manual breast pump, I'll use this when I’m nursing on one side and I’m always amazed at how much I catch on the other side with this. Sometimes I’ll also pump on one side and use this on the other, and i’ll have about half of this manual pump filled with milk. I don't produce an overabundant amount so I have to do different things to stimulate, as well as change up the routine to find what gives me the best results. There were times when I pump both sides at the same time and one side barely produced anything. Once I used a manual pump, it seemed to produce more - I'm not sure why. This manual pump has a suction cup to ensure it stays on your bedside table, kitchen counter, or baby nursery. As moms, i'm sure most of us have literally cried over spilt milk, especially the ones like us that produce just enough or a little under baby's appetite. I remember spilling quite a few times early on in my breastfeeding/pumping journey because as a new mom, I was so awkward, fumbling around with pumping equipment and/or trying to find a good position to breastfeed baby. The lady bug catcher is also a great help. I personally use this for right after I get out of the shower, as that is when I leak the most. I've caught a good amount using this, milk that would have otherwise just been soaked up by my shirt or disposable nursing pads. The saying "liquid gold" couldn't be more true. I found the ladybug comfortable to wear but I usually don't catch enough for me to want to wear this all day. I can still walk around the house and do stuff with this in. The design also makes it easy to pour onto a bottle. It is a little bulky underneath the bra and does look a little funny, so it isn't something I would wear outdoors. The silicone brush is high quality and super durable because of its stainless steel handles. The two sided bristles allow you to clean different baby bottle related items efficiently. Bottom line is, this is a great set and I found it to have useful items for me. I've been using Haakaa products for a while now and trust the quality of this brand.

Haakaa is a marvelous brand and comfortable for first-time mamas and veterans alike. If you struggle with the mechanical feeling of being a dairy cow hooked up to a motorized pump all the time, the Haakaa products are a gentle, easier way to express milk or catch milk when you're engorged and leaking everywhere. This often happens during feeding when baby is nursing and the other side is letting down milk. So much more peaceful and quiet to just pop one of these on in the middle of the night. Even if you don't immediately rush it to the fridge, having one of these on the bedside table gives you a fast and easy solution to being engorged at night that is much easier to manage than waking up with the front of your shirt and sheets soaked. The Ladybugs you can wear under a bra if you're in a situation where you can't actively pump or have leaking and a breast pad ain't gonna cut it. You can also wear them after pumping to collect the last of milk. This silicone is high quality, gets good negative suction going to keep milk flow going with minimal hand expression needed, and the best part-- all the components are SO easy to keep clean and they don't get stinky like complicated pumps do. I like to use Dapple to clean these.

We have several Haakaas and 1 competitor. All do their job. The strengths of this product are as follows: 1. The base is wider, steadier and with a little suction which helps to prevent spills 2. The original small version 100mL makes it easy to fit into a diaper bag 3. The silicon cleaning brush makes cleaning easier Thanks to the sturdy base, having a stopper is less critical with this product, but they are available (both from Haakaa and others) and are worth considering. If you have issues with volume, you'll cry (perhaps literally) if you waste even a drop. I mostly got this product for the silicon cleaning brush. The shape and silicon material make the Haaka products difficult to clean using a standard sponge. The silicon bristles definitely help in getting the milk residue out of the material, though I wonder if a microfiber bottle cleaner would be even more efficient.

This is such a great system - no batteries, no cords or bajillion parts - very straightforward to use and easy to clean. The pump and collectors are made out of silicone and are gentle, durable and can be boiled to sanitize. The pump works really well: you have full control of the suction, but the collectors may take some getting used to. I have an original HaaKaa pump, and this one is better because it has a suction base that works great on any smooth surface so if you set the pump down you can be sure that it won't accidentally fall and spill your liquid gold. I appreciate that a cleaning brush is included in this set as well. Would recommend this for new Mamas!

You need this if you are a breastfeeding momma!! My baby is sleeping through the night now so when I wake up super engorged in the morning I throw these catchers on and they get any leakage. They are very comfortable and not annoying while I sleep. The manual breast pump is great to wear on the opposite side while you are feeding . I can get 1-3 ounces pretty easily! The suction power is amazing. I also have been using this to relieve some pain in the mornings when I am engorged. I love this product and recommend it to everyone!

This is a great on the go pump! It makes collection easy and is very comfortable to use. It attacked well and has a decent amount of suction. It is easy to clean and makes being a working mom so much easier!

I’m so lucky that a friend told me about haakaa products, they’ve been a huge benefit to have while caring for baby. I now pass the word on to everyone with a baby! This manual breast pump has been great. It attaches well and is comfortable to use. I find that it’s my go-to “on the go” pump. It’s so easy to use when you’re out running errands or just need to quickly pump. The suction cup is also a great feature, I don’t have to worry about it tipping over. My favorite part by far is the smaller “lady bug” pumps. These are a great addition to breastfeeding and catches anything extra. Every little bit counts! They fit easily inside a bra, you don’t have to worry about wearing a pumping bra. The brush is also great. It’s made out of high quality stainless steel and silicone. It’s held up so well cleaning the haakaa and all other baby products. It gets into all the nooks and crannies. Such a big fan of haakaa!
