I’ve been using this product for 2 years. I have been very happy with it’s laxative effect. It’s the first thing that’s worked well for me after years of trying other products. This last bottle I got was clearly different in color which is no big deal except it also doesn’t work. After investigating I found out you changed the formula. I’m so disappointed, I’ll have to start looking for something that works again.

Kind of strong but a good product . I don’t use the recommended dose it was too much. But I will buy again as needed .

I bought these for convenience and not a lot of room in the fridge for large bottle of aloe. I have Lupus caused by leaky gut/IBS. I had complained about weight gain/IBS/GERD for over ten years for doctors to dismiss me. I in fact saw over ten doctors in this time. I was at the point I could not get out of bed, my liver enzymes were through the roof and i could no longer tolerate certain foods, ie; gluten. I had given up gluten for about a year, some help but my legs were in constant cramps and joint pain everywhere. I went on the keto diet felt minimal relief, then as I said hit a wall could not get out of bed. Saw yet another doctor, told her my symptoms yet again, she finally said she believed I had autoimmune disease. I have left out the part when two years before I saw a GI doctor for my liver enzymes he told me, no big deal half the country has high liver levels diagnosed me with non alcohol fatty liver disease told me I wasn’t allergic to gluten I was too fat, 25 lbs over weight! Sent me for tests which included a ANA test for Lupus which I tested positive for at which time he said I didn’t have. This past June with this new doctor that finally listened to me sent me to a Rheumatologist which diagnosed with Lupus after my second positive lupus test. I found out I had lowered my liver enzymes with diet. Rheumatologist had me give up dairy and soy in addition to the gluten, I also follow a strict Paleo diet. I am on two different medications for my lupus still not feeling better all because of this leaky gut. I don’t even want to go to another gastro doctor as I feel they are still in the dark ages. I started taking the aloe three days ago and for the first time in 20 years I am not taking laxatives. For 20 years I went between the two constipation and diarrhea but more the later. I feel like I am detoxing a bit. If I can fix my leaky gut then I think I can whip this lupus into submission and aloe is the way to go. I will buy the bottles to mix with raw apple cider but the pills are still convenient. I was worried when buying them they wouldn’t be potent but they are. Sorry so long I put this out there for other autoimmune and inflammation suffers. Another suggestion don’t take full dosage start at half because it can give you diarrhea at full dosage. I keep that philosophy for any kind of supplement when I start it.

I have had h.pylory 3 times back to back due to medication being wrong but thats besides this ... i have now ulcers and gastritis from that and take medication everyday and even with medication for the acid stuff i still can't eat too much of many foods and thats including my morning coffee which gives me some pain since its acidic ... but coffee is the only thing that helps me digest things without taking a lacsitive everyday ... moving on to this product most supplements with my history do not make me feel good and i can tell immediately when something is irritating my stomach and i have to stop taking it ... with this i have not had to stop taking it, its helped with digestion in the morning and throughout the day before coffee 😊 and after coffee my stomach doesss not hurt which is a huge relief! I have only been taking half of the recommended dose and hope to progress to the full dose but for now this is working amazing!!

Sept. 6, 2022, I purchased my 2nd bottle of this product because the first bottle was 5-stars except the taste. When I opened the bottle I knew the capsules were different because the powder was lighter and it no longer had the horrible taste! I thought maybe the manufacturer improved the flavor. I've started the new bottle and became irregular again. I did go on vacation and thought maybe it was due to the indulgence. I increased to 2- capsules which was not needed with the first bottle. No impact. Then I opened the capsules thinking maybe the capsules were not breaking down. No impact. I faced my denial and had to admit something was off with the product. It wasn't the date, it expires late 2024. Today, I was going to return it but the window closed Oct. 6th. Then I see a picture in the review: Go to July 13, 2022, Nelson's post. An image is provided and it is the old capsule vs the new capsule.The pic is spot on! I was willing to deal with the horrible taste and cost because it was effective. However, it is now garbage. Do not buy!

Great aloe.. no fillers

I bought this supplement to support my digestive system because I had hard time digesting especially when eating later in the day In addition, I had swelling symptoms on my face and feet when I wake up in the morning Swelling symptoms reduced and I had better digestion even though I eat later in the day after taking this supplement I was very satisfied with this supplement I strongly recommend if you have hard time with digesting and swelling symptoms

My doc recommended that I take aloe. I don't notice a big difference with bladder issues one way or the other. Some capsules came apart in the bottle so there is a "aloe powdery taste" when taking them.
