After washing them in the dishwasher, one of the cups has got water in between both walls, is this normal?

It has happened with one of mine, and think it is a potential risk with these twin walled mugs, as a dishwasher can wash at high temperatures and if hot water hits the tiny plug and then the heat in the drying cycle can cause the tiny plug to shrink and allow water to trickle in. I think it can if the description on the item states they are dishwasher safe, you could maybe complain to seller/manufacturer. I had had mine quite a long time, so didn't complain, just turned it onto it's base on a double sheet of kitchen roll and let it drain out and hand washed it after that. They aren't as expensive as named brands, and like all makes of twin walled mugs are quite fragile, so don't last forever. That's the trade off to keeping your coffee hot and not burning your fingers I think. Best to hand wash to be honest, tho most will wash in dishwasher successfully.

what is the guarantee? Other double glass have 18 months guarantee.

Not sure. Wish I knew this 18month rule.. Both of mine broke and it wasn't a year. Don't recommend.

Are they made of plastic or glass?

They feel like plastic but are glass.

After using daily and hand washing for 3 months this glass spontaneously exploded and shattered - can you replace or honour the price I purchased for?
