Used to make homemade mozzarella
I've always wanted to try making homemade cheese, and the recipe I have called for Calf Lipase. It is an enzyme that helps make the cheese and add flavor. I've only used it once to make mozzarella and it came out very tasty. I will definitely be making more cheese and using this calf lipase.

Bought this so I could make cheese (mozzarella) for the first time. Recipe said it was optional but I wanted to give it my best effort so I bought it. I’ve never made cheese without it so I have no idea what difference it made, but the cheese tasted good so 5 stars it is.
