Okay, but...
I bought this battery over the summer, and within a year, it has completely failed. It worked okay at first...I got a couple of hours off the power source, which isn't awesome but is better than it WAS. And I didn't expect this to have the same life as the first battery that was in my computer, but I should think the thing should have lasted longer than this. It is now almost double what I paid for it...frankly, if you're in the market, go for something cheaper. It might not be great, but this one isn't, either.

Perfect fit, 2 screw drivers worked out great. No issues with installation. As for battery life, have not yet did a real test yet. As others have mentioned, a new batter gave life back to my MacBook Pro Mid 2009. I've had my MacBook opened a lot, putting in more memory, larger drives and a hard drive swap to an SSD. With that experience, I had no trouble remove and replace the battery.

Good battery but might require some modification
Bought for replacement in my wife’s Apple laptop. It appeared to match the original battery. When installing it, it didn’t quite fit. The mounting holes were slightly off compared to the original. I took a small guaged drill bit and elongated the mounting holes until I could get the screws back in. It is performing well at this time

Bad battery life
I’ve had this less than a year and I only have 53 cycles on it and it already says replace now. My laptop doesn’t even turn on if it’s not connected to a charger -___- do not buy this battery!

Not sure if it's my laptop or this battery
I had to return as my laptop kept shutting off. Not sure why but I returned it with no problem. Thanks!

Stupid Easy to Install
Super easy to install, came with the tri-phillips style screwdriver to remove the battery screws. Took all of 5 minutes to replace my old battery. Charge was about 75% when I got it so it was nice to be able to fire my laptop up immediately upon install. We'll see how long it lasts.
