Broken

My daughter received this as a gift for Christmas and it broke within 30 minutes of her putting it on. The strap pulled away from the main watch. I found the same watch on Amazon and bought it for her. It arrived today and broke again in the same exact place within 5 minutes of her putting it on. It is a cute watch but obviously there's a major problem with the quality
