Durable, USB C, bright, and long lasting! All around a great light!!
I love these headlamps. I wanted something durable that had a USB C charging port. Everything is USB C now so I didn't want to have old wires laying around. We purchased like 25 of these for our crews to use at our drone light shows and they work great. Different brightness levels and they last plenty long enough. I would definitely recommend!

Good Head Lamp For Service Tech Work Or Average DIY Work. Superior To AAA Battery Variety.
Good bright headlamp. This is Superior to cheaper headlamps or headlamps that run off AAA batteries. Over time, the band will stretch and need to be replaced. Also, the bracket that holds on to the headlamp and attaches it to the band does not stand up to hard impact. Maybe not durable enough to bring into a mine shaft but durable enough for average blue collar service tech work. Easy to charge via USB-C. Battery can be switched out with like kind battery if necessary.

Beats em' All To-Date
My dad and I each have one of these D25S headlamps - which we bought to replace some cheapo-LED lights that needed to be retired. Just to give you an idea: the old lights required a AAA battery cell, were heavy (1/2 lb) and only 100 lumens. The 3 AAA batteries required would last 1 hour, on a good day. We even bought Eneloop rechargeables to save on the cost of batteries - but it just wasn't practical because the light just didn't last long enough and recharging took too long - and that says a lot about how poor-a-design the old lights were, because the Eneloop batteries typically last longer [in our experience] than traditional batteries. Anyway, onto the D25S headlamp. Long story short - my dad and I really dig this lamp. We use them for different purposes, but in any case, it's something you'll want to have in your arsenal of useful tools. The D25S is great for a number of reasons. Here's my take on it (not necessarily in order of priority): 1. It's rechargeable via USB with an indicator light to dictate charging/charged (red/green, respectively) 2. The 18650 battery is stored in the same compartment as the light (not on the back of your head in some brick, like many LED's on the market) 3. The strap is very soft, pliable, and minimalistic - will fit anyone comfortably, even if you needed to wear a hat. 4. Most importantly, it's bright! VERY BRIGHT. The only thing brighter that I own is my Hikari LED headlights on my car (highly recommend if you're tired of halogens or HIDs). 5. The push button for turning the light on is simple - you don't have to fiddle with it to work as you do on many flashlights or headlamps. It's also coarsely textured so if your hands are wet or gloved, you can press the button easily. 6. The fixture swivels so your neck doesn't have to. 7. This strap does not interfere with the hair on the top of your head, which can make for a real "head-scratcher". There are a few things I wish were better: A. I wish there were clasps from the fixture around the light instead of just the two snap rings. If you were to bump it or drop it hard enough, the light might jump out of the head fixture. Adding clasps might add a little weight, but it's a good insurance policy if you're wild with your light [presumably from excitement of the brightness :]. B. A lock for the strap - sometimes, the strap will loosen on its own. If there was a lock or a clasp to keep the straps from moving, it would take less time to adjust and readjust when taking on and off the light between uses. C. A little extra padding on the light mount at the forehead - the light can heat up a bit on turbo mode and when it does, you can feel the heat around your forehead. Not a problem in the cold, but in the heat - can be a little uncomfortable. A rubber insulated pad would most likely reduce this, but at the cost of added weight. The rubber might not be needed if... D. There were a few more cooling vanes on the light housing- not that it overheats, but in turbo, the light gets very warm (as a powerful LED does anyway). For very obvious reasons, heat is no good for a rechargeable battery or the LED and the more power cycles in less-than-optimal temperature ranges, the less likely the battery and LED will last a long time. For the price - you can't beat this light. Sure, there are a few things I wish were different, but I really am quite pleased with it. It's SO MUCH BETTER than the other lights on the market in 2019, and it's certainly better than anything you could buy locally in a hardware store or hunting/fishing outlet. It's also much less expensive. I really quite enjoy this light [as does my dad]. It's saved us both lots of time and labor with fiddling with some big, hefty 'industrial' light to illuminate a job - big or small, from 2m soldering to big rig oil changes. It's hard to believe we've worked this long without such a bright addition to our toolbox(es).

Excellent if flawed.
The aluminum part of this headlamp is excellent: it is very bright with multiple brightness choices; a sturdy aluminum build that looks like it will last forever. Big Bonus: it turns off and on with one click, no need to click through brightness levels!! Hold down to change brightness level. It comes with a 18650 3000mAh Sofirn battery which charges easily in the headlamp with a securely protected small end type usb port which is also easily uncovered and recovered. You need a 5 volt usb wall charger to plug into and it doesn't come with. A good quality name brand replacement battery or spare battery is easily obtained at this writing for about $3.50 ($6.00 now during covid). (Don't go cheap on replacement batteries as they can get hot while charging, although the included battery should last a while.) The included new Sofirn 18650 charged completely cool, but gets a little warm when using the light on high for a while and the charge really lasted! There were two flaws. The headlamp is a little heavy which feels ok for short use, but I need to add padding for any length of time so I just wear a ski cap or head band underneath. I was really happy wearing it to take the dog out for a night walk (It was like being my own street lamp when on high). Another flaw was how easy the aluminum flashlight part popped out of the plastic holder which I also worry about breaking. The first night I almost knocked the flashlight part out a couple times. Zip ties, pipe cleaners or skinny velcros, can hold in on while still allowing swivel. I thought the light wouldn't be that good for reading, because of the bright spot in the middle, but it worked ok for reading at lower levels of the brightness and ended up being my preferred lighting to read during a blackout.

BEST HEADLAMP IVE USED.
This headlamp has worked great after 7 months and is still bright as the first time. No battery issues and great for fishing.

Great for price
Very good for the price. Bright. Simple. One button on, one button off, no cycling through a bunch of annoying modes. Only criticism is that it is heavy compared to models with the power supply in the back. Regardless, well worth the money.
