My mom bought these for herself and I accidentally took a couple myself only to find out that they work like an excellent laxative for me. These regular capsules were at a price she said was good. These tablets gave me enough energy to walk back and forth to the bathroom several times without severe stomach pain from but the capacity to feel like I was simply turning the sink on and off which I was doing every time I washed my hands while feeling three pound lighter which helps if you sit too long and start to get numbness tingling in both your legs. Plus leave you walking like a robot that just got a fresh oil change. And we can still shake on that if you still want to. Don’t mind that a little dirt never hurt anybody. Yes I would recommend this product to anyone that’s wants to try it or has had other brands. Would repurchase this for my mom and never mistake it for my vitamins ever again.

Milk thistle was recommended to help cleansing my liver and it does work. I like this brand is clean with no extra additives, the price is right.

Highly recommend for Liver

I think this is probably the best milk thistle seed available. But I should have read more about the herb before buying it. Webmd advises not to take it if you're taking anything else that is converted by the liver, like anti-inflammatories. And also not take it if you're allergic to ragweed, since it's in the same plant family. So for both those reasons I shouldn't actually take it, but it seems like a great product and the customer service was good.

I take oral chemo and my Integrative oncologist recommended I take milk thistle to increase some levels and protect kidney function. She is happy with the results since I have started taking this milk thistle product.

I can't believe how amazing this is. I have had acne since I was about 10. It got better in my 20s, but after having my son in April 2015, my hormones have been out of whack and my skin has been worse than it ever has been. I have tried EVERYTHING in regards to healing my acne and nothing has worked. All sorts of creams, cleansers, serums... I stopped washing my face completely, washed it with honey, used apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, etc. I've taken inositol, vitex, various vitamins, tons of different brands of probiotics, cod liver oil, and more. After only 1 WEEK of this milk thistle, I can tell my acne is healing. And I didn't even take it every day, and I only take 1 capsule as opposed to the 3 recommended by the product package. I haven't had but a few new bumps along my jawline. And this was through PMS and my period! This stuff also makes me feel amazing! Like I could take on the world. I take it at night and feel great the next day. The only problem is that if I take it too often, it gives me wicked insomnia.. like zooming around the house cleaning at 3am insomnia. So I cut back to taking it every other night and that pretty much fixed it. I will update this review if anything changes in the future, but if you have acne and have struggled to find anything that works, try this!
