Pricy but delicious
I wish that my local grocery store would carry this stuff. Delicious lemon & herb flavor with a mild heat level. Nando’s make a quality marinade. The bottle is just the right size for one use. At $10 for this 125gram bottle, it’s definitely on the pricey side

Tasted nothing like the ones they have at the restaurants
I'm obsessed with Nando's and was willing to spend however much to have a taste of Nando's at home, but this sauce tastes nothing like the ones they have at the restaurants. I'm very disappointed.

NOT LIKE THE RESTAURANT
Yeah, it's the same flavor as those big bottles, but there are 3 stark differences: 1 - These little bottles say "refrigerate after opening" but the restaurant bottles are left out all day. 2 - These say "shake before use" but the ones in the restaurant have open spouts like a liquor bottle. 3 - The restaurant ones are smooth. These are all very very chunky. They're not bad, but if you want the experience of the restaurant, just haul yourself to the DC area and enjoy it there.

A great way to duplicate the taste from the South African restaurant chain
I wrote a recent review on Nando's Lemon & Herb Peri Peri Rub Mild so I won't spend too much time repeating the same information. We lived in South Africa for three years and became a great fan of the Nando's restaurants. They have recently opened a few in the USA but none close to where we live so our best alternative is to buy some of their seasonings. Then we do our best to duplicate the experience. My wife prepares some chicken breasts or thighs by putting them in a baggie with some Nando's Peri-Peri sauce and lets them marinate overnight. Then I toss them on the grill - take them off and cut the meat into slices/chunks. Mix in some more Nando's sauce, put them in a wrap with some diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and some lettuce - and you have come close to a Nando's chicken wrap you can get at a restaurant. Nando's has a variety of sauces, from the "plain" Lemon & Herb to mild, medium, hot, and very hot. For my taste their "ratings" are a bit conservative - medium is about as hot as I prefer. But I haven't found anything else that matches the taste. My only wish is that I could find it at a more reasonable price. Still - it is nice to get a taste of the South African experience. For a laugh go to YouTube and do a search for NANDOS COMMERCIALS - they push the limits a bit but you'd get a feel for the character of the Nando's experience.

Cheeky
As a Brit in the US, it's great to be able to make a cheeky nandos!
