This is the best post workout drink I’ve had and has remained my go to. The taste is amazing and I don’t feel muscle fatigue even half as bad as I would without it. Highly recommend everyone to be using this.

I am going to be honest: I do not have any evidence that this product improves performance or makes me stronger. What I can say is that I use it after long bike rides (40-60 miles), and that I THINK I recover better when I use it. Regardless, it tastes great and makes for a quick fluid replenishment after a good ride, so I like it. Quick tip: for best results, mix this product in a shaker bottle. The powder is very fine and while it will work in a glass, it never quite mixes completely with a spoon or even in a blender. Quick warning: Make sure you check the list of ingredients. It uses an artificial sweetener, which doesn't bother me, but some people are more sensative than I am.

I have been using this one for a long while now and has worked really well for me. I like that its low in sugar and tastes really good especially the watermelon. I mix it with the Creatine from Body Tech and I good all day ...before and after working out.

I have purchased this product from vitamin shoppe in the past and it is great! I decided to order it on line to save a couple of dollars and still haven't received it. Order was placed May 30th 2024. It is now June 14th and NO delivery yet! For this item I will definitely go to the store next time to purchase it. I would give the product 5 stars but delivery 0 stars. So I'll post it as 3.

Tastes good. This is the only BCAA product I buy because it is easy to drink and it is a way better price than anything I've seen at sports nutrition shops
