My GE fridge turned out to need XWFE water filters and it won’t dispense water without this exact filter. The difference between XWFE and XWF is an RFID chip in the XWFE label. After I used a hair dryer to peel off the label of an XWFE without damaging the chip, I taped it to the back of my fridge and I’m able to use these XWF filters. I just put a reminder in my calendar to change them out. Great filters! Highly recommended! I’ve ordered them atleast twice already.

I will not give it a good review. It is easy to install but it doesn't work at all.
