I'm a fan of hot spicy food, and I've bought a lot of hot sauce over the years. Gotta say Melinda's products seem to pack more flavor into the heat than their competitors sauce. My wife made a big pot of chili beans for the cold snap, but she makes it mild so she can eat it. The Melinda's Ghost pepper sauce is the perfect compliment to chili beans as it takes my wife's cookin to a whole new level. Also, the way it dispenses is perfect too, one drop at a time. With ghost peppers, one must be careful to apply precisely where you want it. It's not something you pour randomly from a wide mouth container.

Very spicy! I like the kick it gives to things like chilli, tacos, and other food that's best with a little bit of kick. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 though because honestly, I think it tastes pretty bad. I ended up throwing it out after getting through half of the bottle. But, it could just be that perhaps I just don't like the taste of Ghost Peppers, which wouldn't be this product's fault if this is what Ghost Peppers actually taste like. But if you like the way they taste and want to add some heat to your food, you'll probably love this stuff.

The Mrs. got me a 2 oz sample as a stocking stuffer. Really good hot sauce. The sample is already half gone, so I looked to see if bigger bottles were available, and found this. I keep a bottle at work for lunch spicing.

This sauce is not the hottest one out there for sure. But, it has a good amount of heat that it doesn't burn your face off at the same time has a great flavor that you keep adding it to every bite. One of my favorites for sure.

My husband is a hot source fanatic and I recently purchased him a hot sauce challenge which featured a ghost Pepper sauce. I really wanted to get a bigger version but it was purpose made just for the kit but using AI I found this source that was recommended as the same baseline recipe wise. I think the price point is fairly valid for the size of the bottle. My husband says the sauce is beautiful, it’s a very standard ghost pepper sauce but has a much better flavour without feeling thin or cheap. He says that you can actually taste the chilli instead of it just being a hot, synthetic chilli sauce. Definitely would purchase again and also interested in the other options such as the stake sauce and the wing sauce.

I use it on almost every style of food. Love that it's hot yet flavorful and tangy. It's my everyday hot sauce. Even more than Tabasco. Imo you can't go wrong. Melinda's Mango Hot Sauce, 148 ml. IL also review the mango sauce here too .... Since Amazon doesn't consider this a different product as the ghost pepper sauce! The mango sauce isn't a "hot sauce". It has the 1 out of 5 "heat rating " on the bottle .. this isn't hot at ALL. It's merely a pleasant sweet sauce. I don't know that I would buy this again. But it does have a nice taste that when combined with a hotter sauce, like the milinda ghost pepper sauce, makes for a flavorful combo. But because I'm not a fan of this sauce alone, I give this 2 out of 5 Amazon star review .
