Excellent! It works as described, my digestion, especially with gluten is much better. I am gluten intolerant and sensitive at the same time, I spit blood every time I eat one bite of bread or gluten contained food, with this, most of the symptoms disappear.

It works. This is a valuable supplement for helping break down dairy and wheat proteins

I don't recommend this product. It causes severe constipation and bloating, and there's no way to adjust the dose without opening the capsule and making a mess. Not sure why there's so many good reviews.

I absolutely love this product. My son has mild autism and can't eat things that have gluten or corn in them. With this enzyme in combination with a broad spectrum enzyme my son can eat the things that he loves and not have all the nasty side effects that eating these things use to bring on. I give him between two to three capsules before eating and he's fine. Thank you!

I purchased this item because read that it would help with the order that accompanies sinus infections. I don't know how it works but it obviously does. My husband has been using it now for about two months. It is allergy season here and he still struggles with the allergies but has had absolutely no sinus oder since the day he started taking this product. I know that is not what it is made for but that is why he uses it.

We originally ordered this and Zyme Prime for our Asperger's Grandson but since I've always had tummy troubles of various sorts, I decided to try it too. I now take it at the beginning of almost every meal and have for more than 5 years. If I forget or don't have it with me, I take it after and it still helps. Not to give out TMI but... the burping is gone and my stomach and gut don't feel bloated. I highly recommend it!

Bought this for my 16 year old son based on a book I read (Enzymes for Autism). My son has Aspergers, depression and Tourette's, and inexplicably was always helped by allergy medicine. The theory was undigested food particles getting in the bloodstream causes some of these symptoms. My son took these faithfully 30 minutes before every meal, and for a few weeks felt a little ill and tired all the time (book said to expect it...detoxing sort of). Now, he is far better focused, seeks out social situations (didn't before), far more optimistic. It definitely wasn't an instant cure, but even with a minor side effect of him burping some, he won't go anywhere without it (and it was hard to get him to take his other meds). Has other uses as well (for non Autism spectrum people for digestion aid), but sure is worth the money for our son. Will continue to buy.
