I bought 6 of these and they came in a big bag and were open . one was loose in the bag and there was also one missing. I had to order another one. They are good but the shipping sucks

I was amazed at the ease of installation, and sturdiness of these beautiful pieces. I want to order more when available.

I liked the design and they are nice but a lot smaller than description. Also the box was really damaged that they were shipped in. The description showed 4 inches in diameter which is what I needed for my blackout/thermal drapes which are heavy but were only approximately 2.75 inch. These would be more suited for lightweight curtains. I requested a refund, never heard anything so tried again requesting a refund and this time was given 3 options; take to a UPS store and pay nothing for returns which I live in a rural area and there is no UPS store near me; option 2 was take to a UPS drop off and pay $6.99 which I have one of those near me but they charge an additional $2 so would be $8.99 to return or option 3 print off a return label and pay $12.99 to return via the post office which is almost the cost of them so essentially free returns does not apply unless you live near a UPS store so I just kept them.

They work perfectly. I used them because I like to do a scarf type curtain and these worked very well

Items were assembled incorrectly at time of manufacturing. The welded bolt on one of the finials was poorly attached to the finial and was angled severely. Had to bend the bolt back to match the opposite sides finial. Also paid $10.99 USD box has a sticker stating maximum retail is 599.00 Rupees (around $7.86 USD). be mindful if you order these you will probably need to "fix" them before installing. Bad welds, poor construction, loose base plates. will not recommend.
