I made sure to tie it up on the leeward (downwind) side so it wasn't rubbing against the dock all day. It felt study and could fit 5 adults (not exactly perfect but was still comfy). I am petite and could actually lay across one of the sides between the seats. The cup holders are shallow but still useful for cans. There's some nice netting on the bottom foot area which keeps out any creepy crawlies that might be attracted to your floatie. We did notice some air leakage on the first day which might have just been because of the vinyl stretching because it didn't deflate as much the second day. We were very careful to make sure we didn't brush it up against any wood or rocks and to make sure it wasn't rubbing against any metal dock posts because we want it to last. We also inflated in the grass and lifted it up to carry it around (rather than dragging it). You can't blow this up with your mouth. Just don't even think about it. It took about 20-30 minutes to inflate with our electric air pump. NOTE ON THE INFLATION HOLES: There are two caps on the inflation holes. The top cap (square on my model) covers a one-way seal that is ideal for inflating the tube- even if the pump hose comes off it won't lose air. The bottom cap (round on my model) lets air out when you remove it although you could use it when inflating the tube but you risk the hose falling out and losing air quickly. It takes about 10-15 minutes to deflate or about 30 if you're just letting the air go out on its own. I was tickled pink and we took it out on the water the next day. It was sturdy, held 8 people aged 18 to 50+ with no problem. One of the most enjoyable and relaxing days on the lake. We anchored the station in an area for swimming while the boat took the kids tubing throughout the day, which made relaxing on this floating island even more of a treasure. We tethered floats to the station and we had no worries in the world for hours.

Great for little kids to float with the adults
We use this on a lake and we love it. We have 2 toddlers and the middle mesh area is like a swimming pool for them. The sides are wide enough that we don't have to worry about them accidentally falling out. It's also a great place to lounge in the water. All in all we are happy with this purchase. One thing to note is that this thing is a beast. We have one of those 4 D battery Coleman pumps and it couldn't really get it pumped up firm enough to be solid but enough to float. It's also difficult to carry with only 2 people while trying to keep it off the ground. Need at least 3 people to safely carry it. We used it with a 25lb anchor off one of the handles and it stayed put.

Great product but not as tough as other reviews suggest
Awesome product, big and seems pretty sturdy overall. Subtracted a star because the mesh has started to tear apart after a couple (supervised) 2 and 3 year olds (of average weight) were running around and jumping in the middle. Serves me right for letting them have fun in there but I expected the mesh to hold up given the other reviews statements of multiple adults standing in there..

Just used this for a week in a lake. It never lost air from either chamber after the initial inflation. Both kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed it! The mesh netting in the middle is sturdy enough to hold kids (and probably adults, but I didn't stand up in it). I attached a 25-lb mushroom anchor and the raft never budged, even in a stiff breeze. The attached ladder made it possible to get on it from the water. It will fold underneath as you climb aboard, but the two grab handles make it possible, but not very graceful.

Exactly as advertised
We put 4 men in this relaxation station and drifted down the river. I was concerned that with only one person it might tip over ... it will not! Publicity photos can be deceiving a 5'4" model scrunching down to make the product look bigger. NOT the case here, we had 4 people that are about 6 foot and 200 lbs each without any issue at all. This is a slow moving river where we relax and visit and the water is not 'white' but I am very pleased with this raft. The vinyl is thick enough and sturdy. My recommendations: 1.) Get the paddles. At some point you will need to paddle this station. 2.) Make notes (at least mental) about how the raft is folded in the box. We deflated the raft and folded exactly as it came out and it went back into the box and closed the box flap. Put your air pump in reverse and suck ALL of the air out and it will fold back into the box. 3.) From the other reviews here we just left the ladder in the dumpster and did not miss it. You can climb on and off this thing. The difficult part was carrying this thing from the camp site to the river. This is 10 feet by 10 feet. Highly recommended.

Won’t hold air
I bought this in JANUARY and just unboxed it and filled with air. Then my son and I floated. It let the air out quickly. Blew it up again. Same thing. 3 uses and each time it deflated. Waste of $!!!! Bought it again as price and size are great and wanted to have for summer. Figured I did something wrong w first one. Second one only made 2 uses and won’t hold air. My son says the valve leaks

Don't let the kids rough house on it
I'll start by saying the item came quickly. It's heavy (37 lbs?) and bulky. Once inflated it's a sight to see. I thought it was large and comfortable for 4 adults. The kids (ages 4-11) loved it! We told them to take it easy on it but after the 4th day they were getting rough with it, jumping up and down on the seats like it was a bounce house and a seam tore open. I've since patch the tear and it holds air for a couple hours before enough leaks out it gets soft. I also under inflated it a bit hoping another tear doesn't happen. It'll be interesting to see how long it last. So if adult used I'm sure you will get plenty of use. Don't let the kids rough house on it or it will likely tear.
