These work just as well as Pepcid brand. It was a great value, and taste great. I keep a bottle near my work station and one near my bed for when the heartburn hits. It works within 15-20 minutes, even when I am lying down.

These taste pretty bad, but I don't really care because they work great!! I love being able to take just 1 or 2 of these per day as needed, instead of taking 4 to 8 Tums a day! I highly recommend these if you've been struggling with acid reflux.

I've been using Amazon's version of Pepcid for a while now, and in terms of effectiveness, it works just as well as the name-brand Pepcid. It does a great job at managing heartburn and acid reflux—no complaints there.However, the taste leaves something to be desired. Compared to the brand-name version, this one has a noticeably chalkier texture and an aftertaste that's not very pleasant. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it definitely makes taking it less enjoyable.I really hope Amazon considers improving the flavor and texture in the future. If they do, this would be a five-star product all the way.

I have used these for a couple of years now. I take one tablet whenever my stomach acts up. That's all I've ever needed. The taste is pleasant to me, however my wife pointed out it has aspartame in it. Somehow she can immediately taste artificial sweeteners. So I would say it isn't for everybody. On the other hand, I swear by the product and will continue using it. Much cheaper than the name brand and everyone loves saving money.

My husband and I struggle with heart burn, especially now that we are older. We have tried all the different things, our normal was tums. However, we went on a cruise and one of our friends had this bottle and now we don't buy any other brand! It works super fast and it lasts a long time, we don't ever have to take more than one for it to take away the heart burn. My husband loves spicy food and he makes sure to have this with him everywhere he goes.

These are a good value. I take one whenever I have heartburn and they work well. I would recommend them to anyone.

These do the job, I think, but they are terrible to consume. They are very hard to chew and the taste is awful. I thought they would be just as Pepcid and bought 2 jars to save money, since I buy these a lot. They are not worth the savings.
