Bendon company Customer Service is GREAT
I bought several of these books for my 3 yr old son. The True book was the only one out of 4 or 5 books that the marker stopped working immediately. I called Bendon and told them what happened and to order new pens she informed me they do not sell additional pens; but rather would send me extra at no cost and instructions on how to refill them in the future. Within a few days my son had a package arrive to him with a personalize apology letter, 5 new markers, 2 new books and instructions.
