I haven't started using Freeda Vitamin B Complex without Folic Acid just yet, but I’m already thrilled! After my MTHFR diagnosis, finding a B complex that doesn’t contain folate was a true game changer. I've come across fantastic reviews about Freeda, and the fact that it’s gluten-free and made with high-quality ingredients really stands out to me. The tablets are small and easy to manage, which is such a relief considering my current supplement routine. I also appreciate that there are no artificial additives or animal derivatives—perfect for my dietary needs. I’m excited to start this journey with Freeda! I do hope I don’t run into any issues with availability. I previously took Sundown B-Complex, but it was nearly impossible to get refills, and with my MTHFR condition, I couldn’t even continue with that brand. Here’s hoping Freeda remains easy to find! Five stars for now!

It’s almost impossible to find bcomplex that doesn’t contain folate. Folate is liked to estrogen production and the is linked to tumor growth, so limiting it is beneficial. Great product

My body can't tolerate folic acid in any form. When inadvertently ingested, I spend several hours curled in a ball with severe abdominal pain. It is almost impossible to find a high quality B-vitamin that does NOT contain Folic Acid! No sooner do I find a quality B vitamin that does NOT contain Folic Acid than it disappears from the store. This Freeda B Complex vitamin is very high quality and fit the bill for me perfectly however, like all of the previous quality vitamins I have found that do NOT contain Folic Acid, now I can no longer find this one... No one has it! Could this possibly mean that there is much more demand for suppliments that co NOT contain Folic Acid??? Please get this vitamin back in stock ASAP.

My internist suggested that I take a B-complex vitamin with no folic. She actually gave me the name of another brand but I didn't like the fact that I had to take more than one a day and they were quite expensive. I found these and showed them to my doctor who totally approved of them. She was impressed that I had found such a good substitute and for a great price as well. The biggest change I have noticed since taking these is that my leg cramps are gone! I was not expecting it to help that particular problem but it did and I'm thrilled. Other than that, I feel they are giving me the extra B vitamins I need to keep me energized throughout the day. I would highly recommend this product.

Exactly what I was looking for! The folic makes me itch all over but I wanted the benefit of the other B vitamins and so I am very happy. Highly recommend!
