I am very pleased with the knife. Good stainless steel blade. Sharp point. The test is how long it keeps it'a sharpnesd and how well it sharpens.

13 cm length just right size, can be used to chop up salad vegetables including tomatoes but not tearing them and great for chopping up fruit and does an excellent job cutting up my fried egg toasted sandwiches 😋. With having a serrated Knive edge and not a sharper jaggid edge it's just the right sharpness. So overall a good prep Knive for vegetables and fruits and also can be used as a dinner Knive to eat with. I also went for the UPLIFTING, BRIGHTLY RAINBOW 🌈 COLOURED ONE to cheer yourself up thru these winter days... Can be put in dishwasher. The colours are just as bright as in the photos and the silicone handle grip feels secure when using but not overly rubberised like some baking silicone products ... Just right 👌 Would Highly recommend and would buy more from this company when needed.

Good quality brand (Taylor's Eye Witness) that I like. Price is reasonable. Sharpness on arrival is OK but not the best - requires some extra sharpening if you want it that sharp.

UPDATE: It has been a week now and as someone who cooks only fresh ingredients for myself and my wife, I can hand on heart tell you, you will NOT be disappointed with these blades. I chopped some mint today to add to my potatoe salad mix. I add equal parts of cottage cheese, mayonnaise, parsley and cream cheese. It sliced through the mint as if it were butter. Chopping parsley with the largest blade was superb. The larger blade rocks perfectly. I use a sharpening stone to put a razor like edge on but I imagine most shrapening tools would be fine. I give these knives six stars. Excellent degree of sharpness straight from the box. YES, the sharpness can be bettered, but only of you know your stuff. I very muck ike the feel of the nadles too.

Good value and great quality knife very well made. Time will be the test of durability but initial impressions are very good. Recommended based on usage so far.

Well what can you say about a knife? It is sharp, it has good weight and it feels good at hand. It almost works on every thing I need. It struggles with tomatoes however it is extremely sharp knife, I have already cut my finger really deep. I bought this knife to replace a knife that I was using for over 20 years. The reason for 4 star is, this knife is very good but not as smooth as I wish it to be.

El cuchillo tiene buena pinta, aunque según llegó vi el material del mango y procedí a su devolución inmediata. Es de ese plástico gomoso (desconozco el término exacto) que al principio es agradable al tacto e incluso parece adecuado porque da firmeza y no resbala pero al cabo del tiempo comienza a degradarse, descomponiéndose y resultando pegajoso al tacto. Es un material que he sufrido en otros artículos (cortapelos, carcasas de hdd externos...) y no entiendo por qué sigue usándose...

Son cómodos (he comprado 3 diferentes), cortan bien, pero no les doy las 5 estrellas porque al cortar pimiento rojo el mango se tiñó y quedó manchado de color naranja y ni con lejía se le va.
