Love
This grain taste good savoury or sweet. I add to porridge with chai seeds and poppy seeds and nuts. Will buy again but look for a bigger pack and more for my buck

Great breakfast option
Bought this teff grain for the first time to include as a breakfast option as part of my gluten free diet and was very pleasantly surprised. Takes longer to cook than oats but very satisfying. Am now going to try it in salads.

Excellent GF ingredient
Bought this as a part ingredient for a Gluten Free Flour Mix. I ground it in my Kenwood grain mill and the result was excellent. Teff is a wonderful GF ingredient - see photos of a Soda Bread Loaf and a Potato & GF mix savoury muffin. The GF mix i grind is about 25% Teff, 30% Millet, 30% tapioca/potato starch plus 15% of either Psyllium husks, GF oatmeal or maize. I heartily recommend Teff as an ingredient in Chocolate baking: there's a very harmonious relationship between Teff and chocolate/cacao that works in GF or regular cakes - it just lifts the flavour .

My go to grain
I love this ancient grain as does my toddler, it's so much more better for our bodies that oats although it does take slightly longer to cook
