I literally have a stack of tape measures, every time i go to the hardware store i check them out for something new. After i had a weekend of family and friends over to help with my fence / deck they kept having trouble reading my tape measures. Granted, most of them don't use tape measure that often so i knew they were going to have a little trouble. After hearing them complain about reading the 1/16 and 1/8 marks i started looking for an easy read tape measure. I came across this digital tape measure, and it looked really cool. It is very accurate, switches easily between units of measure Inch / foot / metric. You can find the center of anything lightning fast with no brain power used. Love the inside / outside feature. Normally you use the tape measure lip as the spot to measure too. I had a bunch of areas that the angle changed so i needed a really good measure for inside to inside. You change it to inside measure and i got perfect cuts every time. Another neat feature, after you measure so far out you can reset to zero and keep measuring out. Very handy for multi run dimensions. The hold feature is very handy so you can measure blindly press the hold button and get a great measure, without straining your neck to read it in odd places. Can save the last 2 measurements for reference, that feature is great because you should always measure twice cut once. Being able to save the measurement ensures a more accurate cut, that you can go back to after getting sidetracked lol Don't think its heavy duty or ready for a construction site, but it's awesome for home use and moderate work.

If you’re like me I struggle to read traditional tape measures. Is it 3/5ths or 5/8s? Who knows! What I like: Electronic read-out, ease of use, easy to read, accuracy, quality product. What I dislike: Best with some light. How I use it: To measure the length and width of furniture. My son uses his to measure wood for woodworking projects. Recommendation: A must have in the toolbox!

Nice tape measure overall. I like the sleep mode feature that kicks in after 5 min. of not being used. I also like the LED readout which is pretty accurate to the tape measures point of placement. My only problem is when trying to lock the tape measure to a particular length, the lock/unlock switch is very difficult when moving up or down. I've watched reviews of the tape measure being used and the users seem to flick the switch up or down quite easily. it's not at the point of wanting to send it back, but it would have made it a more enjoyable purchase if easier to switch. I just got the tape measure today, so hopefully with a little more use it will make the switch a lot easier to move between lock and unlock.

Brilliant piece of kit. Automatically starts when you move the tape and goes to sleep shortly after use to save battery. Don't know how long the battery lasts, haven't had it long. Very accurate for either inside or outside measurements, no more guessing where the line will be when having to bend the metal tape into a corner or against an object. Useful memory lock so you can display and make a note of each measurement. The old saying goes 'measure twice cut once' so this might even save you a little time. It has certainly made a big difference to my accuracy in all things measuring. Measures in imperial and metric so suits the old and the young. Overall I could not recommend this tape measure enough.

Puesta a cero, para evitar errores, al medir los 5000mm, tiene un error de 8 mm, inclusive, la efectuar varias veces la misma medición, da diferentes valores, no es fiable.La usé un día, y la devolví.

Works very nice and smooth. Love how I can convert measurements and even find the half way point. You can measure "inside" and not have to bend the tape to guesstimate size. Easy to place saw fence, just place back of tape against blade and draw out fence with blade till you get size you need. Would not like to drop it to see how tough they say it is. I am happy and would buy another for a gift.
