So authentic and unique!
I saw this salt used on a cooking show and it was used for making Mexican Street Corn and WOW! It is awesome! I appreciate the authentic tastes I remember visiting Mexico several times. I also used it to salt the rim of a Bloody Mary glass and my guests are pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the taste. I highly recommend it for quality dishes.

Full flavor
These make great presents for anyone who likes to try new seasonings when they cook - I keep lots of flavors on hand because I never know what I will need from one day to the next - at these prices, I can stock up on a budget - these are great spices, full of flavor

Taste is good
I was afraid that this salt might be a bit too hot, but it isn't. It tastes REALLY good!

Good on everything I cook in Denver.
We all need salt. This is a good standby for the regular thing, especially for SW cooking, but something that works with Indian and other bastardized Asian cuisines, as well. (I break all the spice rules in the kitchen, to my wife's dismay.)

Unfortunately due to the postmaster general I'm reluctant to trust the post office these days.
The spice arrived in a fairly reasonable time but when it was delivered the plastic bubble pac had what appeared to be a rough slice along about 2/3 of one of the side seams of the envelope. The salt comes in a nice magnetic tin dispenser that has a diameter of approximately 2 1/2" . Unfortunately the slit in the envelope is about 9" . The tin itself is not in a sealed package. The lid just slides right off. The salt itself comes in a small sealed plastic bag that had a small hole that had allowed a bit of salt to leak out. I like the tin but I don't feel comfortable these days using spice that arrived in an unsealed container shipped in an envelope that appears to be sliced open & not just accidentally torn, thus the low rating. I have no idea of either the taste or quality of the salt.
