These capsules are SO HUGE!
I'm trying this as a source of choline since it looked like a better cost per unit than what I was taking, but I had no idea these capsules would be so HUGE and that the suggested daily intake is 1 cap 5 times a day (with meal). I can probably get these down OK if I'm careful but I'm sure there are others out there that would like to know what they are getting into before they purchase these.
