Brilliant cutter. Sharp and light. The 5am battery i use on this tool lasts for ages! I have around 2 miles of hedging in my 3 acre garden and it’s brilliant. I have 3 different Ryobi hedge cutters this one and the long reach and mid reach. I hurt my shoulder with a rotary cuff injury so couldn’t swing my Stihl petrol hedge trimmer around anymore. These Ryobi tools are excellent. Light and manageable when you’re cutting hedges for 4-5 hours in a day.

Battery compatibility
Sadly it doesn't the battery compatibility is not the same

Effective & Easy on the Arms
Had to replace the previous version of this - it was tired out after several years of service! Happy to say that the slightly revised model is even better - longer blade & balance is good. Battery life is sufficient for me, but a younger & fitter user MAY find they could have kept going longer than the trimmer!

Excellent piece of equipment for hedge trimming. Long blade helps straight edges. Quite heavy with the 36v battery clipped in. Please note - 36v battery required. Ryobi One+ 18v will not fit

This is a good quality piece of kit, cuts better than any other that I've ever owned or used, including corded and petrol trimmers

Different battery !!!
The whole point about sticking with one brand of battery tools is you can have lots of tools and a couple of batteries. Bought this and just give to try and use it only to find the battery is different. And the cost of the colorectal battery is huge. It will be returned.

Die 36 V Heckenschere hat mir schon viel Arbeit, und durchschnittene Leitunge erspart. Die Leistung entspricht einer normalen Heckenschechere.

Excellent vendeur, Rien à dire sur le produit, c'est du Ryobi d'excellente facture. Prix attractif même si fourni sans batterie (c'était bien spécifié dans l'annonce), la livraison (en parfait état) est arrivée dans les délais prévus. Je recommande ce vendeur ;-)

Leider einmal dem Maschendraht Zaun zu nah gekommen, und gleich kaputt. Ist nun die zweite die so dass zeitlich gesegnet hat. Finger weg!
