Gotta admit, didn’t really like them at first. Only because I had never them before. Slightly bitter, slightly sweet..with hints of ginger and licorice. Took a bit of getting used to the flavor profile but I LOVE them now. They do give you an energy boost...you kinda feel...sharper, if that makes any sense. Lol I will definitely be buying again. 👍🏼

So definitely gives you some good energy without a crash first time you have it though fair warning just be ready for the taste. If you’ve never had red ginseng it’s gonna kick your flavor tasters in your mouth. I recommend just drinking it straight. Don’t put it in water and diluted it taste worse that way just rip open the top of the packet and down the hatchet man And you’re good to go. I use these while I was working at UPS morning sunrise shift so I’d be at work at around two or 3 AM in the morning and be there till around 9 AM and it would give me a good amount of energy and help me get through the day with no real crash or burnout. I would be tired, though UPS is no joke of a job very physical Although certain energy products are not for everybody. I didn’t feel any boost in energy after taking this and it tasted so awful I had to chug down my zip fizz water after taking it. I still have 9 left lol. If you really want to try it I would recommend waiting till it goes on sale. The flavor is so awful and lingers. Really gross!
