I'm only 47 and, for about two years, I've felt like I had to urinate much more frequently and I usually only urinate a relatively small amount. After the first few months of this, I had a urinary tract infection so I was given antibiotics that cleared it up. I came on here to find something to stop getting up at night several times with a very uncomfortable urgency to urinatine. I was leaving work meetings unable to last an hour without going to the bathroom , which was noticable and embarrassing.That said I purchased this product out of desperation and bewilderment that this going to the bathroom had become my new norm.I can say unequivocally that after several weeks of using this , it started to work and has totally helped me from getting up multiple times at night and I can sit through work meetings.I even sat through the movie the Irishman last night 3 hrs and 30 min and did not get up to pee.I was not paid to say this or received anything for doing it . I want to help another person who was desperate like me.

I've been using this Saw Palmetto PM everyday for about 7 months now, and it has helped specifically reduce my frequent trips to the bathroom to pee at night. I have been sleeping better (partly because of the melatonin), and I have to go less often. In the morning, I drive 1/2 hour to work and almost everyday I would have to go SO bad by the time I got to work even after going right before leaving the house. Now, I consistently do not have the urge to go on my way to work, and I'm also pleased with that. I will keep using this product for much time to come.

Over all the product works well. I went from getting up multiple times a night to go to just once. The issue I encountered is one that only a few will. This product has a beta blocker and in some people like me, it will raise your blood pressure to unacceptable levels like 180/102. My normal pressure is 130/80. I monitored my pressure morning and night. It was high in the morning but as the day wears on and the product is gone from your body my pressure returned to my normal at night. How unfortunate this is for me as the product did do what it was supposed to do. Give me a good night's sleep

Stay on schedule; use daily for prostate health. Reduced night time trips to the bathroom from 4 or 5 to only 1 or 2 times per 8 hours. The dosage of sleep aid helps overcome that wake up and stay up event after only sleeping 25-45 minutes, then wide awake for hours in the middle of the night. No side effects from ingredients. Satisfied with this product if only a bit less expensive but good quantity for $. Value is better than for the regular product without sleep aid.

I use this for male BPH. I ordered my first 90-day supply order in Feb. 2020. It worked so well, I ordered my second 90-day supply in May 2020. Prior to using this product, I was purchasing a product which was nearly 3-times the amount with similar results. I use it each evening with my other evening meds. This, along with other perscriptions has significantly reduced / eliminated my nighttime bathroom trips. Basically, I take it each evening at the same time as all my other evening pills and I don’t need to get up each night hour after hour. I get a full 8-hours sleep without the need to relieve myself until morning. This is a great product which I would personally recommend to any male with BPH. I’m not in the habit of reviewing products I purchase at Amazon, But this Saw Palmetto is the exception. I’ve been dealing with an enlarged prostate for nearly 30 years. I’ve tried many supplements, even one recommended by my Urologist without positive results. My son-in-law is now taking a Saw Palmetto supplement so I decided to try again. I chose this one because of the Melatonin additive. I’ve been taking it for about 2 months, started to take with my dinner meal, but found I was falling asleep watching TV. Now take it at around 8:30, besides helping with night time urination, I find I’m getting a better night’s sleep.

I am 45 years old and have been taking this product for about two years. It has helped me fall asleep easily, significantly improved my prostate issues, and noticeably increased my hair volume. I highly recommend this product!
