Easy install & fits great
Great bed cover. Seems well made, install was easy, and it's a perfect fit for my Tacoma. Seems to be designed better than my previous cover, which was Truxedo brand.

2024-up Tacomas require a little xtra attention when installing
Just installed this on my 2025 Tacoma 6’ bed. Installation went smoothly (xtra thick head rail seal was required to seal completely) Once installed fits well & looks great. Great value for full access to bed , & keep your gear dry.

Very well made Tonneau Cover.
A very solid, well made Tonneau Cover. Easy installation in about an hour if you’re taking your time. Great product at a great price!

Good product but takes time to adjust cover adequately.
I just finished installing the cover on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. It’s a quick and inexpensive solution until we can get a cap. Install was easy and took about 30 minutes working alone. Adjusting the cover to fit the bed was another story. I lost track of the number of times I loosened it, moved it a bit then tightened it back down. I’d say 8-10 times. It took patience and ing the included weather strip to the front rail to seal the front. The repeated adjustments were to get the cover to cover the tailgate adequately. It only covers the front and back rails 1/2” on each end. The manufacturer could add 3-4” - 1” on the overall length to cover the front and back better. Otherwise the fit is great and it looks good too.

Toyota Tacoma Tutorial...Make It Perfect
Here is the scoop on this cover. It should be rated a four star out of the box but I am going to tell you how to easily make it a five star. I will also address many of the "problems" other people have reviewed for this product and similar covers as well. I bought this for my 2015 Tacoma and after considering every possible bed cover. In a nutshell, I love it. Installed it and drove 350 miles this weekend in both nasty sideways dust/wind storms and straight up pounding rain and it contained both as well as any similar product conceivably could. Meaning, several few drops of water at the impossible to waterproof Toyota tailgate seams. 1. Fit and Finish- For the tapered Tacoma bed, it is spot-on. Out of the box it looks awesome, feels stout and blends with the truck. It is packaged carefully. 2. Instructions- Throw them away. 3. Installation Time- About an hour from box to done as you get used to it. Re-installing after removal is less than 10 minutes (I know because I had to remove and re-install three days after installation)...more on that later. 4. Quality/Durability- For the featured negative review to talk about what they think weather will do to this cover down the road in a few years, please send me the lotto numbers. The material feels very stout, the seams are beefy, the edges are rolled, this thing is at the top of "soft tops" when you consider the garbage that used to get snapped to an El Camino bed back in the day. No comparison. 5. Seeing Daylight at the Front of the Bed- The manufacturer has included weatherstripping in the box. Use it. Be creative with it in the odd nooks and crannies Toyota created at the front of this bed. The Toyota plastic bed tub and the metal bed walls coupled with the protective bed wall top caps make for a complicated and completely uneven front edge. You will have to work at sealing all the little sources of light (and wind and water as a result) to make it as water and dust-tight as possible. Again, this is NOT a TYGER thing, this is a TOYOTA thing. But no big deal. 6. Wind at the Leading Edge- This is where the product should lose a star. Like other products like this one (soft tri-fold framed tonneau) there have been review complaints about wind getting under the front edge and lifting the cover and creating a possible safety issue for following vehicles. Also allowing wind-driven dust or water to enter your covered bed. At speeds above 70, this cover begins to lift its leading edge (along the back window of the cab). You can see it in your mirror and it is unnerving. It can be blamed on only having four clamps (all located along the inside bed rails) included in the TYGER system. The easy visual here is four guys in a car moving a mattress on the roof of their car. They all reach one arm out the windows and hold four points of side of the mattress, but as they drive down the highway the front flips around and lifts up. BUT there is an easy solution... The Solution- For Tacoma trucks anyway...We need a fifth clamp on this cover at the leading edge (TYGER are you listening?). My solution stems from my disregarding the lousy installation instructions (in a good way). During my initial installation, I looked at the garbage printed on the instruction papers and just started trying to clamp this thing down to my track rails inside the bed, naturally starting with the first two clamps closest to the cab. I placed the cover-mounted front hooks directly into the bed rails (not the way you should do it but it worked) and screwed down the round handles until the front was tight. I then tried to do the same thing with the back rear plastic clamps but they couldn't reach the track rails inside the bed.... That led me to look at the other stuff included in the box, and lo and behold there are some extruded aluminum adapters to slip into the track rails inside my bed creating an extended lip for ALL the cover clamps to tighten onto. Well, I looked at the metal front hooks (different longer design than the longer plastic rear hooks) firmly in place without the adapters and said "another day." I slid in the rear adapters (be sure to back out the hex-key screw or else you will use a hammer and scratch up your track rails like I did) into place and tightened down the rear clamps and hit the road. On the road, watching the front of my cover flop up and down (it only moves a half inch or so, but it is enough to make you nervous) I thought about the two left-over adapters. I have a track rail on the leading edge of my bed, paralell to the cab...I can slip one adapter into that track...but how do I get a clamp onto the leading edge of the cover... When I got home I unclamped the whole thing and discovered that the leading-edge frame of the cover has a channel tube in it as well. Play with the other left-over aluminum adapter in that channel and you can create (along with the other left-over adapter fixed in the Toyota track rail) two nice horizontal lips to zip-tie together and increase your front-edge wind resistance by easily 80%. 7. Enjoy this nice cover with a little creativity!

Incredible cover for the price
Updating this review several years later... I'm amazed at how well this cover has performed. I've had this thing on my truck for just under four years, and honestly it looks as good as it did from day one. I live in the northeast and I don't baby my truck, and this thing has held up amazingly well. I've taken it on long road trips, I've accidentally slammed it down on loads that were taller than the bed more times than I'll admit, I have to tell my 50+ pound six-year-old to stop climbing on the top of it about once every other day, and it's been buried under snow countless mornings. Honestly I kind of want to upgrade to the T5 just because I kinda want to switch to a hardcover... but this thing is in such good shape I can't rationalize spending money on a new one. This one still works and looks as good as it did when I bought it. And it still takes all of ten seconds to flip up or down, and all of about three minutes to remove or install. If you want a soft trifold tonneau cover, I seriously encourage you to give this one a shot. My original review: I was planning on spending far, far more for a tonneau cover, but the overwhelmingly positive reviews here and on various forums elsewhere convinced me to give this a shot. It took me less than an hour to install, but most of that time was spent just kind of looking over all the parts and fiddling with it and making sure I had it lined up properly. The fit is really excellent, and it looks great on the truck. The corners popped up a little bit at first as a few others pointed out, but that was only noticeable from specific angles, they sat down within a day or two after the vinyl stretched a little. It's been rained on and driven at highway speeds in the rain, and I haven't seen any water in the bed. I didn't have to use the weatherstripping across the front of the bed--the weatherstripping built into the cover sealed that quite nicely--but I did cut little like 2" strips and apply it to the front corners of the cover. The foam bits on the corner of the cover seemed a little too short, and when I dry-fit the cover, there was light coming through. So that took all of three minutes to cut, apply, then re-place the cover. Again: it's been raining pretty much since I put the cover on, and I haven't seen any water in the bed.

Bargain for Tacoma 2024
I spent a lot of time reading reviews. I had friends recommend other brands. The brands mentioned were at least $100 more. The reviews looked better for the Tyger so I took a chance. I am glad I did. Installation was simple, the fit pretty close, and it looks great! It has not rained yet so we will see.

Perfect fit, looks great! It stays down tight to the truck at highway speed, I've been through a high pressure car wash several times without as much as a drop. Watch for the tiny allen-screws on the braces, the instructions don't mention them but you will have to back them off a bit before they will fit into you bed rails. The bag it comes with to hold it is a bit chintzy, but it keeps the dust off of it when it is off the truck. Installs and comes off in minutes (one minute when you get the hang of it). Great tonneau!

Drove to highway speeds, held snow good, very useful and easy to remove when you need to access the full bed.

Easy to install, fast delivery (ahead by a week) price unmatched I was skeptical given the price but have to agree with other buyers, this is a great product. I especially like the safety anchors that other brands don’t have, a deciding factor for me. So far, so good. We are heading into winter, the primary reason for purchasing, so will see how it holds up. But from what I see so far, have no issues with giving this product 5 stars!
