A physical therapist recommended this to me. It’s life changing. Sitting at my desk now is a pleasure. It should be noted, I didn’t realize how poor my posture was while at my desk until I implemented this item. Fantastic. It’s a good size for the space you have and comfortable. The different elevations make it customizable for everyone. The pain in my shoulder has significantly subsided.

I really like this under my desk. Great adjustments to allow different highs and pivots for angle as well. Plastic but appears to be well constructed we will see how it holds up over time. Much easier than building my own.

Overall, it’s a solid addition to my home office setup. It’s made a noticeable difference in my comfort levels, even if it’s not perfect. If you’re after a budget-friendly option that gets the job done, this footrest is worth considering—just keep in mind the sliding issue if you have hard floors.

Nice enough, especially for the price. If this is for at home, then the balls aren't as uncomfortable as you'd initially expect, and provide some slip resistance. The overall quality is fine enough, and the ability to adjust your foot angle while maintaining a certain height is cool. Easy enough to use. However, the build quality is plastic, and it's a product that users may place their body weight onto. The support is there... until it isn't. Mine broke after perhaps a year or so. I was able to keep using it, but it was obviously broken. I finally threw it away after another year. I'm in the market for another one, but will look for a better one--perhaps one made of metal.

For a long time, I have been looking for a footrest that could help me at work with my forever problem! My feet dangle when I sit on most chairs. I am barely 5 feet tall, and this foot dangling creates a problem with either a sore back, sore thighs, and/ or bad posture. Therefore, I needed to find something to help me keep my feet firmly planted and not dangle or reach the floor with my tippy toes. This footrest has excellent advantages in allowing me to plant my feet comfortably. It is made of sturdy plastic, which is easy to clean. It has three different height adjustments, which work with various types and heights of chairs. You can rock the footrest back and forth, allowing flexibility and moving your feet to improve circulation. It also has foot massage beads, which help my feet not get sore. If you have been thinking about getting a footrest to make working more comfortable, sitting down is hands-down the best option. This footrest is an excellent buy, and it's worth it!

I liked it initially but it started falling part a month after I bought it. All the rubber rings fell off although I was constantly putting them back on. 6 months later it won't stay together. Very disappointed ! Maybe it's a one time thing.. so I will try another. I love the height levels

It improves the posture and all that. However, I don't think its got enough grip. If you are using it on a surface without any carpet, it might slowly slip under your feet which could be annoying sometimes.

This is okay. A bit flimsy (the plastic is kind of cheap), but it does the job as long as you don’t stomp on it or otherwise apply a lot of pressure.

Helps with what it was designed for. Hight adjustment is great. The movable angle is good. The stool is a little hard. A softer top would be nicer. we will buy another one. Arrived on time and in good condition.

This really helps me in so many ways. I am a shorter person but my desk is quite high so I have to pump my chair up to reach it well. This thing has saved my back. I could just touch the floor before but now I can adjust this to any height and sit comfortably. Also, to be able to move my feet and stretch my legs is huge for long meetings. Just rock them back and forth, get the massagers on my feet going and I completely forget I'm in a two hour meeting. Its also very sturdy. Adjusting the height is super easy and all on all, great product.
