Perfect for Cardio Workouts!
I’ve been using this waist trainer during my cardio sessions, and I really love it! It fits comfortably, provides great support, and doesn’t roll down while I’m moving. Best gym accessory I have made
I’ve been on my weight loss journey for 8 months and this band is both comfortable and really does help you sweat more in the targeted area (ie belly, arms). My workouts are actually becoming more comfortable with the band I am not restricted on movement etc I do a full body workout, and it doesn’t ride up or down stays in place. This does provide compression so with tighter clothes will give you a slimmer look but not noticeable band underneath. Size is prefect very easy to put on/adjust if need be.

Seems well made, but is it worth the price?
Seemingly good quality, but pricey belt. Does absorb sweat well and fits comfortably. coverage of waist area is good and not too bulky. So far, the velcro has held well, however after just a few washes it tends to fray just like cheaper belts do.

True to size. Used when working out in the gym or home exercises. Very effective and generates seat. Did not immediately see waist trimming results; of course you have to engage in exercise to begin to see the differences in how your clothing fits. Very good quality, very durable.
